Anyone else heard Brian Byrne (I Mother Earth) solo debut? It's okay, but it wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.

I disagree, most Canadian pictures are not all that good, and this one works, so I don't see the need to mess with it.

Wouldn't most of the MGB performances have been just before digital cameras got popular and got sound on their recording devices...

I agree it would be cool if it were a major motion picture, but then they would have to cut out a significant portion of the movie. It could still be good, but as is, it's still far better than "Miracle".

Anyone else watch it? I thought it was awesome, one of my favourite mini-series actually.

I really like it, "An American Draft Dodger In Thunder Bay", and "Mind Flood" are awesome, plus I like the album version of "The Gate" better than the single version too.

I'm sorry but pretentious videos are a dime a dozen these days, and they really don't say anything I couldn't figure out for myself.

Pretentious videos are not needed period. They are just annoying period.

In Too Deep wasn't one of their serious songs, they didn't start making those until after All Killer No Filler. And pretenious videos are just annoying.

The thought-provoking test was more egotistical than thought provoking. Sum 41 does songs these that are "thought-provoking" or political or whatever you want to call it, however, they usually don't take themselves too seriously in their videos. Which is perhaps why they are so much more successful than Matthew Good because they find a happy medium.

I think this version is far superior to the one that was released, it's not self-indulgent, it's just a rock music video.

I discovered them after the self-titled album came out... That album is also my favourite...

The movie was pretty good, and I'm glad that even though it was a boxing movie, there was more to it than just being a boxing movie...

What do you mean by redistrict? Like the electoral boundaries? That depends on whether or not it's the provincial government or federal government is doing it. Do they change provincial and territorial boundaries? Rarely, the last one was in 1999 when the government created Nunavut.

In Canada, you register to vote through Elections Canada, you register to join a party through a party. There's also like 10-12 parties in Canada, but only four of them have seats in the house of commons.
