i hate RTS games. they get so hectic & they stress me out. I prefer turn-based. but then some of those take soooo long to finish a game.

no doubt that Hitler was a genius. He took a country from the shits to near global domination for poops sake! But an evil genius, and beyond evil i would say that he was insane in some ways. If not insane, then at least some of his key ideas lacked much logic for such a smart man. I'm talking about his belief in the German Volk, the Aryan myth, the "master race" etc. I mean eugenics is also quite retarded. Hitler's downfall was his overconfidence. If he didn't spread his forces into Russia, u wonder how far the Nazi's would have gone? Probably stopped by the U.S. A-bombs.

i bought Bully recently for Xbox 360, was disappointed. Just doesn't have the gameplay polish im used to with Rockstar, and found it kinda annoying. I mean there were lots of fun stuff to do, but the game just got under my skin after a short while. If anyone wants to buy it from me via Paypal give me a pm! its in perfect condition. Next game i get will probably be Half-Life 2 Orange Box for 360. Never played Half-life 1 amazingly, besides a demo, and Portal looks cool. Might pick up Call of Duty 5 soon, heard the zombie co-op game was fun.

PoP: Sands of Time was very good, but not great IMO. Thought it was overrated since it got huge cred from critics.

The Wii is awesome technology. The console has so much potential. But its unfortunate that most companies have no clue how to make a good game using the controller. Its too bad.

ok watched like the 1st 10 min of Martial Law. Its stupid. The guy is going around baiting police officers during a high security setting with the freaking President coming & top politicians from the country for the RNC, this coming not too long after 9/11. my sister lives in downtown Toronto. When i'm there and peak out the window there's always 2-3 homeless peeps just sleeping on the street corners. its pretty sad. What do they do in NYC? They must sweep them into a corner or something, because they have to there.

I haven't read or watched most of the stuff u posted in this thread because i've got better things do to with my life (i'm really into 'Lost' Season 3 on DVD right now), but what u posted above is one of the craziest things i've read in awhile. I can't even comprehend what junk has led you to these conclusions. I wouldn't even worry about it. Why? Because i am the Ghost Rider. And in 4.3 years i, the Spirit of Vengeance, will seek you down, stare into your eyes, and burn your soul. Well i can agree with you there. I often waver in my hope for humanity. But what keeps giving me hope is that we are at least making progress. It's slow progress, but if you compare us to how we were 100 years ago, then compare that to 500 years ago, then 1000 years ago, we've made amazing progress. And everyday i live and go out into the world, i'm amazed how generally nice, polite, and caring people are to the person next to them. That caring hasn't translated yet to the people we don't see in the dark corners of this world, but we're getting there. Generally, the vast majority of people are good, and once we get past some of our own lust for material possesions & our ignorance of those suffering beyond our backyards, the world will be a great place...someday. Whip it good.

We talked about this game a bit in this thread already. I'm playing through it right now on Xbox 360. It's a very charming JRPG. The graphics & music are gorgious. I'm very picky with my japanese RPG's. Most annoy because of random battles, but there's none in this game. Its not the greatest RPG of all-time, but if you like JRPG's that have beautiful pre-rendered backgrounds (old-school final fantasy-style), nice music (with Chopin piano pieces mixed in), and a very original story then i'd give it a try. The battle system is pretty good too, though the game is kinda easy so far. btw if u have the 360 i know there's a demo for it online.

Bought RE4 like a year or 2 ago. Got bored of it. Graphics were cool but the game just didn't blow me away. It was well-made though.

FFX or FFXII. Persona 4 is supposed to a great jrpg, gets a 92% on game-rankings.com. check that site out, its like meta-critic for games. I like Guitar Hero World Tour. I usually just play guitar, and the GH controller and the way the notes are put on the screen are just way better than Rock Band. I agree the actually "band" play isn't as good as Rock Band, plus much less downloadable songs. But "Guitar Hero: Metallica" is coming out on March 29th. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
