I would just like to point out that for all the slander The OC receives here, it sure gets discussed a lot. There's a huge thread for it in the TV section and this thread in The Silver Screen section is mostly about The OC. I think there's a lot of closet OC fans out there who just don't want to admit it. Me? I love it. It's my guilty pleasure and I just don't care. Hey, it's better than The Bachelor.

When was TV really all that good in the first place? Everyone whines that it sucks now, but I think it just sucks in a different way. And movies, yeah, they've been getting worse. Studios just remake old ideas and there's nothing new anymore. Except Garden State, Napoleon Dynamite, and Eternal Sunshine. They're good.

I don't think it matters why he got mad or not. The show says No Video Cameras. So if you bring a video camera, you're lucky not to get kicked out. He has to rely on videos, music, and live shows for income, so when someone tapes his show, they have the potential to copy and it and sell it. They're making money off of him without his permission and that's not really fair. Now if someone personally doesn't have a problem with that, then fine, good for you. But it's well within his right to be pissed off.

If you like Massive Attack, you'll love her. She incorporates a bit more jazz into her beats and it's just fantastic. Sort of like a Massive Attack/Portishead mix, but maybe a little more upbeat. I don't know if that helps.

So this weekend I got my first chance to see Death Cab For Cutie. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen! It was at the Commodore in Vancouver which is the best place to see shows. They played a fantastic show and Ben's voice is flawless live. It was also great to hear him refer to Bush as an "inarticulate monkey-eared piece of shit." If you're a fan, I hope you get a chance to see them. But if you haven't heard of them, I suggest you check out their latest album "Transatlanticism". Okay, I'm just gonna say it: Rage just makes one song, changes it around a few times while screaming something different, and boom, they have a new album. At least the Audioslave album has some variety. If you've heard on Rage song, you've heard them all.

Big Fish, at the end, every time.

I' ve always liked Soundgarden, and never really been into RATM. But Audioslave is great. Way better than Rage, they play more chords now and are far superior. This album is better than anything Rage put out. But that's just me.
