I can't understand why a badly dated and uninteresting thread such as my own was bumped.

Just finished watching Season 2 of Arrested Development. It is now my FAVOURITE show of all time, surpassing Seinfeld and classics from The Simpsons. Fucking clever writing, unbelievable chemistry between the cast and Gob Bluth had potential to be the best TV character of all time.

I was just watching it on the CBC right now and just came to this forum to tell. I was going to say watch it every night at midnight but holy crap, 5:30PM as well after the Simpsons?? Snap, crackle, and pop.

Geoff, What are some of your favourite Matthew Good Band (or solo) songs after the Underdogs era? Do you have a particular favourite mgb (or solo) album that he's released since you left? Would you like to be on the larger scope of things again when it comes to popularity and fame or do you prefer things as it is right now?

The Fated one is a little too artsy for me while I thought at the 21st Century Living video was great (nothing like the Weapon video).

Just finished watching season one and I must say...spectacular show! I'm mad that I'll be returning to home for holidays as I won't be able to borrow the next seasons any time soon. Brilliant written show with some awesome character chemistry. ONE THING I would like to add is that on disc 3 on the Season One there's a promo spot of the show. First off, this show used to be on 8:30 on Sunday!? Why didn't I know this? But more importantly, the promo made the show look god awful. It just showed all of the violent parts of the show with completely unsuitable music--it made the show look as youthful as My Name Is Earl or Trailer Park Boys. If they showed more of the clever, witty lines, I'm positive that they would have gained a greater audience--just look what happened to House. The promotion was all wrong--all wrong. Arrested Development LIVES ON.

Pablo Honey is a great rock album. It's funny that people who hate it always claim that Creep is the best song on the cd--it's one of the worst songs on the cd! Well, next to How Do You? Also, the Muse singer sounds more like Jeff Buckley and not Thom Yorke.

Yes, I need to try out this show next.

Yeah I just got done disc 2...that was a hilarious episode. Starting to love this show.
