  1. Your ?????? sounds to me like "Sammy ain't ya heard", Anton. Complete speculation of course.
  2. I think it's "concrete, the natural absurd" if that makes sense... and I think it's "Absolution for your head" "and not a bullet less"
  3. I think I 've got most of the lyrics figured out if you still need them Anton. They are definitely not 100% though.
  4. Aww...lookit the kitties!
  5. Read it and weep. Seriously. Weep. I did it at work.
  6. What about Cat-People? Would they do it butt to butt? (I'm surprised and disappointed that no one has brought this up yet.)
  7. Just for irony's sake, this time he should fight the terrorists he helped fight Russia in Rambo 3...only no one would mention it once in the film. And the same actors would play the terrorists.
  8. Fated Suburbia Avalanche Apparitions While We Were Hunting Rabbits
  9. I didn't even think the Grey album was very good. Except for 99 Problems/Helter Skelter...that one rulzzz. The Beastles mix is pretty sweet though, so check that one out.
  10. The Beatles. No opener. In a small venue. As long as possible.
  11. Thornley is pretty bad as far as I'm concerned, but I think Canadian music is better now than it has ever been.
  12. Blue Skies Over Bad Lands Everything is Automatic Running for Home Strange Days
  13. I hope it is indeed a single, but I doubt it is. The radio may just have played it anyway. Some of them will do that.
  14. Strange Days Running For Home Born to Kill Near Fantastica
  15. Satty, I dig the John. Word.
  16. you're a McCartney fan??? What WHAT???!??!?! That should read "BUT I love playing John tunes more"...sorry.
  17. My favourites are Paul tunes, I love playing John tunes more (for guitar, anyway). Except for Helter Skelter...go Paul!
  18. Cat Power's "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" is cool, as is her "Sea of Love" and "Wonderwall". All the Johnny Cash covers are pretty solid. The greatest of all time will always be Shatner's "Rocketmn" for me. Oh god...it's so perfect.
  19. Workers Sing a Song of Mass Production Symbolistic White Walls She's Got a New Disguise
  20. I think it may be wise of you to open your mind a little when it comes to music. I used to be anti-hype myself but at some point you realize there may be a reason for said hype. Nowadays Nirvana sounds like a lot of everything else that is coming out but they have a lot of really strong songs behind the sound, and not just image.
  21. Was there a show at all? I hope this is the last thing I see from Pitchfork, but I know curiousity will bring me back...
