I'm also looking for 1 ticket to the 17th show. Is it even possible to swap tickets at the ottawa show? I got mine on ticketmaster.com & they needed to be printed out on my computer. They've got my name on them (i assume they might check your ticket & ID to see if they match?). Tickets say "resale will invalidate tickets". anyone know?

Hmm i dunno. Would most other major channels (NBC, ABC etc.) have bleeped out "god damn" too? Probably. But i find it weird & disturbing that they just didn't bleep her instead of cutting away entirely. It wasn't even that much of an anti-war/anti-bush speech, which is why the "god damn" excuse could be valid. We'll never know. The reason its a big controversy it because its FOX.

never played an instrument before i started fooling on my sister's guitar a year ago. I think the reason many people don't play something is because its very hard to learn to play an instrument well. Most people get frustrated & lose interest.

Big fan of the original. IMO it doesn't need a re-imagining because it stands on its own. It just needs a good sequel. From what i've seen & heard, it doesn't look that great.

hey now, this thread is supposed to be about whammy's!! just kidding. Ok i didn't think this had a slot for a whammy. I like the Ibanez because i play mostly hard rock & metal. What i'm looking for in a guitar is a black Ibanez electric that has 24 frets, a whammy bar, dot inlays on the fretboard (as opposed to those fancy lightning bolts etc.), and 2 pickups/hambuckers (i don't like having a pickup in the middle as it interferes with my strumming). And its gotta be at a decent price preferebly (ie: $150-350 range). Can anyone find me a guitar like that? I've found one but it only has 22 frets.

yeah, the 18th sold quick. I considered getting tickets to the 17th show as well but i know Matt will be back around when he does his band tour so no biggie.
