If I was at the concert I would have been annoyed with you for doing that, but as an outside observer I find the juxtaposition quite hilarious as I imagine it in my head. But good on ya for apologizing. -------------- My worst story is when I was at a soldout MG show and the crowd was completely lame, virtually nobody was standing up (its a freaking rock concert!!) but just sitting in their chairs on their boring asses. So when Load Me Up came on everyone finally stood up but when it finished and Matt went into a slower song almost everyone in the crowd sat down again. Well bullshit on that, so I kept standing while everyone else around me sat, so I looked like an idiot of course and it was akward but fuck it, I refused to be lame. But then the woman sitting behind said "excuse me, are you going to sit down?", as she was all annoyed n' shit because I was blocking her view standing. I then asked her if she "bought tickets to rock concerts to sit in a chair all night?", and that shut her up. So that's my story of me being annoying to fans at an MG concert haha.

Thanks Toad I really appreciate your help! I'm a bit confused on what you said above. So you're saying to make my printer a reserved client (essentially giving it one non-changing IP address)? How do you know it's my printer's IP changing that is causing the problems, and not my laptop(s) changing/dynamic IP addresses causing the miscommunication between printer and my laptops? ie: What is your reasoning of not making my laptops "reserved clients" instead? Or making both laptops and my printer all reserved clients?

So i bought a new wireless PC printer a few months ago. When I install the printer drivers on my 2 laptops, the printer works fine for a week or so, then all of a sudden the printer will stop working until I reinstall the drivers again. Done this a dozen times. The IT support guy at the printer manufacturer (Samsung) says that my printer is losing wireless connection to my laptops because my wireless router is set to Dyanamic IP therefore my IP address changes every so often, meaning the IP addresses on my laptops and the printer no longer match the way they were initially set up. The IT guy said I need to change my router to Static IP setting so my IP addresses no longer change. IT guy said this brand of printer is not supported for Dynamic IP. My internet provider said they set my connection to Static IP so its my router thats on Dynamic IP. Questions: a) how do I change my wireless router (a Linksys/Cisco model: WRT160N V2) settings from Dyanmic IP to Static IP? b) since imy IP addresses won't be changing at all with Static IP is this safe for my 2 laptops, ie: hackers and cookies/data-mining being easier to track my PC?

That's an awesome song I wished was finished, but I think it it lived and died on Matt's computer. A lost demo we probably never hear in complete form other than what's in that video. However, we could peitition Matt to release whatever version he has of it.

Excited for an alt-rock record. Not old-school 50's/60's like WLRRR, not rock-pop like most of Vancouver was. Both good records but I think MG really shines rock-wise in his alt roots. Songs like Under The Influence, Fall of Man, Failing The Rorschach Test...shit with some edge. He might have moved beyond that 90's alt feel & I doubt he'd want to regress (which would suck too), and alt-rock can mean anything these days, but I hope come of these songs have some grit and experimental lunacy to them.

I see no problem questioning things, but the above conspiracy theories are friggin' insane, and based on mostly idiocy and pure conjecture. The author is almost as crazy as the shooter. The shooter was seeing a psychiatrist who specialized in schizophrenia, so this may end up explaining a lot.

I Am Legend - 8/10, Not a big Will Smith fan (beyond his Fresh Prince rap/sitcom era) or a zombie fan or whatever the hell those things were, but it was pretty good.
