  1. New development? Seek medical attention. The rest of the post makes me think this is something retarded, like song lyrics run rampant or something.
  2. Gotta pick my supervisor guy up at Rideau centre tomorrow morning. Besserer is constantly jammed these days because of the strike and idiot drivers, so I'll be running an alternate route back to Nicholas. Wish me luck, if you believe in it. If not, welcome aboard.
  3. Gigantic Screenshot Basically, Cold War breaks out into a land war in europe in the late 80s. Soviets mount a surprise invasion of Seattle. Fast-paced, reinforcement-based RTS (no corny base-building here) with actual military equipment from the era. The game plays like a movie with, oddly enough, character development in cut scenes between missions. Narrated by Alec Baldwin. Not all that long, but very very good. Patriotic right down to the 80s rock and roll in several parts, but given the culture at the time, it fits. Go play it now.
  4. The President isn't really the President anyway. You know that.
  5. It's causing major delays to my commute, even though I do have a car. My supervisor is essentially stuck working from home until it ends, because it paralyses the core at rush hour and makes it a two and a half hour commute to pick him up on the way. Part of that paralysis is caused by idiot drivers, of course - do not enter the intersection if you can't get all the way trhough before the next light cycle. Anyway, the main sticking point seems to be that they want to keep the union-booked scheduals instead of going back to having them booked by the city. At least, that's what they claim is keeping them away from the bargaining table. But - if the media is to be believed in this instance - they are currently the only union in North America, Europe, or Australia who has this system.
  6. I have already killed two of them and replaced them with robots.
  7. I've killed men for less.
  8. the Kid is hot tonight whoa, so hot tonight but where will he be tomorrow?
  9. Fill the basement with cakes. Problem solved.
  10. Sniper Twins - Stack The Memory (nerd rap)
  11. Me too. And if I lost anything in the stomach area, I'd just be a spine. I just ate a chicken ceasar at pizza hut for reasons unknown.
  12. NewsRadio too.
  13. Under the circumstances, no.
  14. Guy who owes a company a couple hundred bucks sends them crude Paint drawing of a spider via e-mail in lieu, is a smartass. When rejected, demands they return his artwork. Then people pretend to sell it on e-bay. Welcome to last week, by the way.
  15. You have died of dysentery.
  16. It's pretty early, but I gotta say I enjoyed that one. Ahh, stupid shit... Context: sea-floor backbone cables are cut, causing massive internet latency to most of India, including some of our contractors. "Is there anything you can do to fix it?"
  17. I thought Bakula ruined the franchise? Just kidding. I never liked Star Trek.
  18. I'm definately more skeletor than that shit.
  19. Rest assured, I would do terrible, terrible things for a car like this and the time and money to learn to drive it in this manner. Listen to it! If you're not that interested, jump to about 3:05 for the hilarious bit with a Segway.
  20. Yeah, I wouldn't use it...between MSN, AIM and Steam I've got a few too many chat apps going already.
  21. It's federal government early christmas shopping day. They get time off to reflect and visit memorials and they all go to Best Buy and Starbucks.
  22. Wow. Settle down. Wait and see. This is not going to be the shining knight riding in to save the world from it's many plights. This will be a mild improvement at best. A nudge in the right direction, not a revolutionary about-face. Inertia is a funny thing that way.
  23. Well, if he doesn't - double assassination. It's a surprisingly simple solution.
  24. Art glass blower and/or Irish acoustic guitarist. We've done this before, but I can't remember if it was here.
  25. Eat pink. HAH
