  1. Classic Norm MacDonald LOL: Biden is out shaking hands and kissing babies. Sadly, over the weekend, the former Vice President was spotted kissing a hand and shaking a baby. ?
  2. I am a medical professional in a long term care facility.
  3. It's been one of those years lol.
  4. I get tested every two weeks for my job. The deep nasopharyngeal swab is the most unpleasant. You get used to it.
  5. I'm reading this really good book called: The Patrol: Seven Days in the Life of a Canadian Soldier in Afghanistan By: Ryan Flavelle https://www.amazon.ca/Patrol-Ryan-Flavelle/dp/1443407186/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=The+Patrol%3A+Seven+Days+in+the+Life+of+a+Canadian+Soldier+in+Afghanistan&qid=1600202721&sr=8-1

Adam_777 Read "The coddling of the American mind" by Jonathan Haidt and Greg Lukianoff! Talks about that increase in suicide stats.
  8. My wife saw this movie and she told me she was disappointed. Its hard to say though cause depending on her mood her opinion of things change, so I'll reserve judgment for myself (as it should be anyway)
  9. This! Also my opinion of the show... It was a good time. No criticisms, no nothing... just... I had fun. I wasn't expecting much and I had a good time. I hope Matt did too. The end. ??
  10. You are right.
  11. Matt's dipping into the sauce, and having a good time LOL
  12. I pretty much bought all the Mario games I could get my hands on for my son from the Wii onwards (Sans switch). Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, New Mario Bro's Wii and Wii U, that Toad Game, Mario 64 on Wii virtual Console, Mario Maker, Mario 3D world, Mario Kart Wii and 8. If he was still around I most likely would have got him a Nintendo Switch and would be ordering the 3D collection. I also hacked my Wii and used Nintendon't on Homebrew so he could play Mario Sunshine, but he never got the chance to really play it as he was into Zelda at the time. It's hard though, now whenever I play the newer Mario games it makes me think of him. I think I may just get my Mario Galaxy back from my parents place and try to beat it.
  13. Thanks for taking the time to do this for us Daniel. You really put a lot of work into this and other things over your time here and I just want to acknowledge that.
  14. I just loved the TNG-DS9-Voyager era aesthetics. The way it was filmed, how it looked. I liked that. I'm not big on the lens flares, ADHD hyper acting and crazy constant action. Not my thing. Still good though! I like the new stuff as sci-fi shows, I just like how the older stuff was filmed better. If they said "All of this new Star Trek is an alternate universe" I would be totally on board with anything they did. That way they are not destroying the original stuff we loved before (which includes Enterprise for me).
  15. NES emulator for PC: Mesen SNES emulator: Snes9x pretty much has it nailed now N64 emulator: Project64 Cube/Wii emulator: Dolphin Play CUBE and Wii ISO's On the Wii: Homebrew channel and then Nintendon't app PSX emulator: ePSXe PS2 emulator: PCSX2 I don't think there have been any good xbox360 or xbox emulators that have made as much progress as the other systems mentioned. Its pointless really since most good xbox games were released on PC or ported to Playstation anyway. PS3 games are still easy to find cheap online as well as consoles so Emulation is pointless imo.
  16. Yeah I used to watch my son play that. He beat it when he was 8 years old! Got all the extra stuff too. Crazy. Good game, I never played it myself though. I have played Link to the Past and Ocarina of time a million times. I played through Windwaker once but didn't finish the last castle.
  17. Yep. I just upgraded to an M.2 NVMe SSD last month. Seagate Barracuda 510. 500GB drive for close to the same price I paid for the 250GB 850 EVO 3 years ago. Around $130 Canadian.
  18. Was it ever!!! The music is so good in that movie too! I love it! Definitely one of the top 5 movies to come out over the past 10 years. Maybe even 20.
  19. I'm getting in on this one guys, it happens to be on my holiday so yeah!
  20. The music industry that we grew up in, is gone. I would argue that Music Video's as a staple (unless made by Stars in the Making or already Big Stars) are gone too. It's probably cheaper than ever to make cool music video's (due to Computer technology) but Videos as they used to be, are gone or at least will be soon. IMO. People will still make them of course, but it will be a you tube thing and niche thing.
  21. Thanks John. Good stuff.
  22. For anyone who wants to use their Ethernet cable for future show, to save yourself from having to run a long Cat 5/6 cable from your modem to any room in the house, you could install an outlet near the router/modem (depending on your setup) with an RJ45 jack (similar to a phone jack), then run that cable through the wall into the room you're wanting to watch from. Install another outlet on that end (similar to a phone jack), that way all you'll need to do is plug your Ethernet cable into the wall on both ends. No more having to run a cable. I did this for my father in-law when I installed an access point for him. Works great. Wi-fi is convenient, but nothing beats a straight connection to your router using an Ethernet cable.
  23. Pretty cool!
