If there were two shows per city, would you pay double per show? (so like $90 per show) This is definitely a dream, if it did happen, it would probably just have to be in the major cities... as I don't think Matt would be able to sell consecutive shows in Dawson Creek, Parry Sound etc. Personally, I like going to Matt's shows and hearing a lot of tracks off a new album. I don't really think he needs to do something like an entire Beautiful Midnight show, that was 10 years ago, and it's probably not who he is anymore or what he would enjoy to play. Why make the guy play all that again? Enjoy the Vancouver tour while it's here, cause in a couple years people will be on here saying "I wish he would just play Empty's Theme Park again, that was so great live, he should play more album tracks".

The show I went to (2nd Vancouver show), I beleive their setlist was something like this: Ghosting Hayloft Wrecking Ball Body of Years Arms Tonite O My Heart those are defintely all the songs I recall them playing anyway. Definitely wasn't anything from "Touch Up". May have played "Body" as well somewhere in there, now that I think of it, but I'm not sure. Would really like to see them at their own show, rather than watching them while people are still making their way into the theatre. -
Does anyone know when Bravo is going to be airing this? Is this show aired live? (I would assume not). edit: looking at their site it seems like it won't be for a while yet, as their next two shows are one in this month and one in January and no Matt yet. So it looks like it won't be until February at the earliest then.

Blue Skies I Miss New Wave Sort of a Protest Song Those are the ones I see people raving about on here all the time, which I don't really get. Mind you there seem to be a good group of people here who think Blue Skies is over-rated as well.

As said above, those songs are being played frequently on the current tour as well. It's hard to say what the sets will be like for the US dates, or if they will be any different or not. I would think for these shows you are going to have a mix of hardcore fans and people who barely know Matt's music at all, there probably won't be as much in between who just want to hear Time Bomb and Load Me Up. I would think there may be less pressure to play these songs because they weren't big hits in the states like they were in Canada. I would guess that Matt would focus more on promoting his current material (Vancouver especially). It's tough to say though, the sets probably won't be much different than what they are now in the end.

I'm jealous of you guys down there, these are probably going to be excellent shows. Cheap tickets, smaller venues I assume, and the band is all warmed up from the current tour. They might get some rehearsal time in between the tours as well. If I didn't have school (and knew someone else willing to go), I would probably try to make it to one of those Seattle shows.

Lots of tough ones in there for me... Empty Road Volcanoes Great Whales of the Sea Silent Army in the Trees Last Parade Sort of a Protest Song We're so Heavy Single Explosion Truffle Pigs Last two both could have gone either way for me, all amazing songs.

I think there are still a number of Hospital Music tracks that haven't showed up this tour... She's In It For the Money, 99%, Devil's in Your Details... well I guess those are the only ones that I haven't seen on a setlist yet that were routine on the last tour. Put Out Your Lights was also played at almost every show last tour, and I don't think has been played yet. Might see another suprise or two along the way, but a lot of the other ones could possibly ones that they weren't that happy with, just my guess. It's definitely cool to see how the varied the setlists have been this tour, now the band knows a lot more material. -

That's a really great video... the other two you have up are amazing as well. Looks like the atmosphere was really good there, it's good that Matt got everyone to stand up. He should do that at every show. Both MG shows I have been at, everyone has mostly stayed sitting through the whole thing. I guess no one wants to be the first to stand up, not knowing if the people behind them want to stand. I think most people would rather stand and rock out, but they just need to get on the same page haha. I would gladly stand at a show (disibility or not, I can still hold myself up haha). I would guess it might be a bit different at an arena compared to an actual theatre to. -

1. Underdogs, Rooms, Massey Hall 2. Workers Sing a Song of Mass Production 3. A Boy and His Machine Gun (no question for me, it would be in my top 5) 4. Us Remains Impossible 5. Odette 6. Fearless 7. Life Inspite of Itself (wouldn't really call Man From Harold Wood a song really...) 8. BM 9. Rooms (have always thought Strange Days is better stripped down) 10. Massey Hall btw, I'm suprised Fated lost in the last round, but it was up against a very worthy opponent.

Load Me Up is still great live. It probably got the biggest reaction from the crowd at the show I was at, so I definitly see why it's still a staple of Matt's set. For a big chunk of people at the shows, it's probably their first time seeing Matt live, so they want to hear the hits. At my first MG show last year, I wanted to hear songs like Load Me Up, HTB and Apparitions, and was glad he played them. I can see why he isn't playing HTB that often though, it's really not overly impressive live, I think it's just because it doesn't translate well live. -
1. Massey Hall (love the last 2 minutes of that version) 2. Let's Get It On 3. Change of Season 4. Fated 5. Viking 7 6. It's Been Awhile Since I Was Your Man (I was so happy when he played it at my first Matt Good show last year) 7. I'm a Window (toughest one yet for me I think, love both these songs) 8. Massey Hall (both versions are great though) 9. Album (would be in my top 5 Matt Good songs, both versions are also great) Also, I'm not at all suprised Annabelle got so many votes in the last round, it's a excellent song.

Yeah, that sounds interesting... I don't know what this "Live at the Concert Hall" is though... All I could find was something associated with MTV, which doesn't sound like something Matt would do... -
1. Rooms 2. Alert Status Red 3. Vermillion (haven't heard Lone Gunman yet, but Vermillion is an excellent song anyway lol) 4. She's Got a New Disguise 5. Empty's Theme Park 6. Rico 7. Annabelle 8. Album (I don't know why he even did HTB for Rooms, I wish he put Load Me Up on there instead) 9. Album (Not a fan of either though)

I don't think you can do stuff like that directly with Facebook. Facebook doesn't want people customizing their profile pages, because they don't want the pages becoming cluttered, barely functional, disasters like what happened with mySpace. Although I'm sure there is some sort of app where you can have a box in your sidebar that you can add HTML to, or something like that. Edit: maybe something like this? http://facebookflow.com/category/applications/

I voted no. This thread is kind of rediculous I think.

Empty's Theme Park is excellent, it's really different from the album and it is definitly a major highlight of the show.
