I'm pretty sure they are making one. There's no way it could be that good, Harrison is what, 60? I think it'll just be him in his universtiy class telling them about how one time he had this giant boulder rolling at him and that he walked across an invisable bridge and they all be like... sure Dr. Jones! Whatever, that never happened! Hehehe

Back to the Future is probably my favorite movie! Me and a couple of my buddies quote so many lines from it! As for the trilogy... i think the dvd box set is awesome! There are so many extras on it, its great! Go buy it if you dont have it. And if you dont have a dvd player, buy one, then buy the box set!

Late Night Talk Shows
mcgarnicle19 replied to HoboFactory's topic in Rentals, Television, and Readables
Letterman is #1 with Conan and Kimmel just behind. By the way, Kilborn shouldn't be on the poll because he quit the Late Late show. His last show was this past friday. -

I dont think much more needs to be said. That's why i'm not a huge fan of Audio of Being... i think its half Beautiful Midnight part 2 (what Dave wanted) and half Avalanche (what Matt wanted) I don't know the exact date of the breakup, but it was shortly after AOB came out in the fall of 2001.

It certainly was an odd little skit. Funny though. I think it made a little more sense because of the memo on the NF.com homepage. Matt must have alot of time on his hands.

mcgarnicle19 replied to Kumquat's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I've never tried to do this before so this will be a pretty rough list with #1 and #2 the only ones in stone. 1. "Black" Pearl Jam 2. "No Quarter" Led Zeppelin (live version from The Song Remains the Same) 3. "Primetime Deliverence" MGB 4. "Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns" Mother Love Bone 5. "Rockin' in the Free World" Neil Young 6. "Pushit" Tool 7. "Jeremy" Pearl Jam 8. "Everlong" Foo Fighters 9. "Nutshell" Alice in Chains 10."4th of July" Soundgarden I'm sure i'm missing something obvious, but whatever. -

I really like So 90's. You get to see some great videos that you normally wouldn't get to see anymore. Not long ago i saw "Jesus Christ Pose" by Soundgarden, "Nearly Lost You" by Screaming Trees and "Underwhelmed" by Sloan all in a row!! Very nice. You aint gettin that on Much on Demand! As for the 90s themselves. The first half has the best time in music (in my opinion) while the 2nd half generally sucked ass. You go from Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Nirvana, etc to Britney, Backstreet Boys, NSync all within a few years. Yuck! What the hell happened??? At least thing are starting to turn around now.

Best soundtracks??
mcgarnicle19 replied to The Foot's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
Generally, I can't stand soundtracks. The exception is the Singles soundtrack! It's awesome! Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Mother Love Bone, Hendrix, Screaming Trees, Smashing Pumpkins, how can you go wrong!?!? -
I thinking about that the other day while listening to "Bad Idea"... this song sounds like it could be about Paris Hilton.

I'd definately like to see a dvd. Put together some interviews from over the years, include the making of Audio of Being which was on Going Coastal on Much back in the day and include the making of WLRRR and videos and plenty more goodies. Now that i think about, i really want a dvd out, NOW!!

I feel so special. ;)

MAKE OUT MUSIC!!

I don't really have anything that always gets put on. It depends on who you're with. I've been known to have Pink Floyd on once or twice though.
