haha yeah. Don't you know about the big rift between Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee? Bruce Lee used to teach Chuck Norris, and ended up doing a movie together. Chuck came off really cocky, and Bruce was incredibly displeased with the lack of humility. I think eventually Chuck Norris apologized, though. But not before some harsh words from Lee. As for Jackie Chan. Yeah, that guy's all smoke and mirrors. He went to Chinese Acrobatic Theater school or something. He's trained in many martial arts, but purely for movie value. Not to say he doesn't respect the arts, but I doubt he has any practical experience using it.

Depends if it's weapons combat or hand-to-hand. Hand-to-hand, I'd give it to Bruce Lee, weapons combat, it would be very close, but I'm inclined to say Jet Li. Jet Li is a Wushu champion, which is a very pretty sport to watch, with its heavy emphasis on weapons training and drills, so Jet would have an advantage. But in hand to hand, against a practical martial art, like Gong fu/Wing Chun/Jeet Kun Do (martial art that Bruce Lee derived from Wing Chun), I don't think Jet Li would win.

Kevin and I just donated too! Can I have a Disney Princess custom group? XD

But a ceiling fan is bolted to the ceiling whereas Jiggly Puff can probably just float over (or even just walk) to the switch and turn it off...

Let me know how Kev and I can donate. Even tho he doesn't post here anymore haha

I just finished Twilight. It was exactly what I expected. Fodder for emo 15 yr old girls. I can imagine it giving these girls really unrealistic expectations of boyfriends. Needless to say, I will not be reading the final two books. I will, however, watch the movie.

I just saw the trailer. Looks good. Very Blockbuster-Summer movie.
-
I haven't seen the trailer yet, but I've seen whatever pics have been released. Everyone *looks* great. Pretty spot-on, sort of Clone-High versions of everyone haha I kind of expect a ton of camp, simply because the movie was written by the same writers from Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and Xena: Warrior Princess. In retrospect, I wonder if that had anything to do with the fact that Karl Urban was cast as Chekov... Probably.

The goddamn theme song to his show is such a bad ripoff of a Spoon song.

I've totally already said this, I think even in this very thread! XD They have very similar facial features.

I don't know anything about heroin or cocaine (although, I've seen people high on cocaine, and it doesn't look very fun to me...) But I concur on the hallucinogenic stuff tho. While I no longer do those kind of drugs, my days with salvia were either very fun, or very spiritual. E was also a "can't explain how great it was" feeling, but I'm also more hesitant on that one.

After watching far too many episodes of Intervention, I wholly agree with the above comment.

You know what sucks tho? I was so confident that, because it was a side-scrolling game, I'd be ok (I have a tendency to get motion sick playing video games too long), but alas, after a couple hours tops, I get nauseous ;)

Had a chance to play it last week. Fuckin' love it. I have a tendency to get a little overwhelmed by video gaming these days, but Little Big Planet is simple, intuitive, and fun to play with in groups.

Nice, the first link for my name search, is my Flickr Account. All the rest are links to people with my name and P.O Box numbers ;)

I get it a few times a week

The Evil Dead is pretty scary. Evil 2 and Army of Darkness are gross, but I wouldn't say scary. Too funny to be scary. Aliens scarred me for life when I was a kid...

I tried to donate blood a couple years ago, and I didn't get through the screening process, because I'm too small/light. Now that I'm fat, I fully intend to give blood until I'm skinny again haha

Yet another reason why I wish we had a slow cooker ;) Just had big bowl of homemade chinese Ginger-chicken soup with rice for lunch.

I completely agree.

Dollar Stores always have a very weird, distinct smell...

Considering how this chapter is called "Villans", I think they're giving us exactly that. I'm not finding much of it sloppy or confusing, other than the fact that Mohinder's arc seems so completely detached from everything else. He was such an important part before, and now he's largely just shirtless, horny eyecandy.
