I Know There Aren't Many Wrestling Fans Left...

Apparently they're investigating now to see if steriods may have influenced the behaviour. Crazy roid rage. -
Yeah, I haven't heard it on Q104 yet at all, which is weird because normally they play a lot of MG. I've emailed them too but no reply yet.

No, it does. I've done it in the past. ;)

I'm amazed at how cheap hotels are in Vegas. I just checked on Expedia and it blows my mind how cheap it is to stay there. Out of curiosity... What is included with the room rate? Is there free parking or breakfast? How close are you to the strip? I work for a hotel in Halifax (not much for attractions compared to Vegas) that charges more than that at our lowest bar. And it's only a 3.5 star place, it's not that close to downtown Halifax, and we're the most reasonably priced in the area... Probably even the city unless you wanted to stay at a shithole. Edit: I read on Wikipedia that there's a casino in the hotel. That would definitely allow for some give in room revenue. I bet they hardly make anything off of the rooms during their weekday/low occupancy days unless they have incredibly low standards. Then again it is Vegas.

Are you sure? That's pretty f00ked up.

VLC will play the file.

I think the NHL want to start one there or something. MG should get his ass to Halifax.

Both are pretty craptastic, I like the one with the douchebag watching porn the most.

Well, I admire the work and talent that went into the painting, but right now I like the fake cover that was released earlier. I don't know if anyone else feels the same way but once I listen to the record in its entirety I'll have a better idea of how much I like it based on how appropriate I think it is.

It's okay.

I'll be your camera girl, baby.

Which Do You Like Better?
Monochrome Rainbow replied to shade's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I vote "B". This track definitely sounds better more refined. -
I like the Avalanche LP cover art way more than the CD. The only cool part of the CD art is it kinda resembles Rodin's "Thinker".

Haha, thanks buddy. At last I can afford custom text effects for my username!

I was reading some of the comments on that blog post and someone was super excited to make their video and mentioned that they hoped cellphone quality video would be good enough. I fucking pity whoever ends up watching all of those. Some MG look-a-like should just dress like him and rock out for 4 mins. They can just splice porn shots and pokemon battles in between scenes if it starts to get boring.

Shinedown do a decent acoustic cover of Simple Man. I like it as much as the original, possibly more. -

I love torrents but I can't find any Sexsmith excepting his newest album, which I downloaded. Can't find any Graph Nobel at all but I heard her on a CBC special on Canadian artists and it was pretty awesome. I did grab two Constantine albums though. -
That Meyer Horowitz Theatre show in Edmonton in 2006 sounds amazing. If I found it and gave it a listen it would definitely make me a fan. I'd probably buy it and think it was professionally recorded if it wasn't for that occasional beeping noise from a cellphone or the camera battery dying or something. It would definitely peak my interest enough to go to the website and probably buy the new CD in July. You could just write "www.matthewgood.org" or something on the CD and leave it for people to discover on their own should they choose. And I could easily drop some cash on 100 CD's and burn a bunch of copies to leave around. That costs next to nothing and it's bound to have a positive effect on a few people. Plus NS is so starved for news (yeah, we're losers) that if a local newspaper or network caught wind they'd probably do a small segment on it. The Coast surely would.

Yeah, I used to get a case of 3000 I think and go through a little over 500 in a day. That's using a semi. It was awesome building our own fields and being able to buy paint at a reasonable rate (not having to buy paint at a particular tournament or field at ridiculous prices). My buddy even bought a giant tank of co2 so we could fill up our tanks for cheap (he sold at practically wholesale). Thats definitely something I really miss about my hometown. Bushball is definitely where it's at, too. Speedball is fun occasionally but yeah, you just waste more paint.
