I keep forgetting about this thread despite the fact that it has provided me a few albums in the past. I must keep up.

I'm gonna say that Guns N' Roses shouldn't be covered. Not because I think Guns N' Roses is the best thing in the world, but because anyone who tries will just sound like an asshole trying to sing like Axl, and they will in turn be failing miserably.

Matt posted a blog today saying "Track 11, the track that didn't make it" (which is just a light hearted joke song). There were 11 demos, which would lead me to believe that one of them was cut out, leaving us with a 10 song album and one of the demos potentially scrapped. Thoughts? Could mean nothing at all.

Apparently a Resident Evil 5 demo is coming out soon. Game set to be released on March 13th... I am very excited!

b-sides are fun. some of the best songs I've heard from an artist are b-sides. Matthew Good

I like Pledge of Allegiance just fine, but the acoustic version is 50 times better than the original imo. It just sounds so great with the newer arrangement.

I guess you should find out if there will be any b-sides.

I think I have a couple of the demos but I have not listened to them very much. Once or twice in the last few months since he put them up. I haven't heard more than half of them. I'd rather be surprised as well.

I find he wears much more interesting shirts than pants.

I remember he was practically killing himself on HM...and the Vancouver demos seemed to be a lot more complex so I'm sure there's a lot more work than last time. It'll still be amazing when it's finished in a month's time, more or less.

24 should have stopped at Season 5. Sigh. Best show of all time is The Simpsons. It should have stopped at season 11... Hmm... Too much of a good thing is not good. South Park has seemed to remain relatively good even after 10 seasons, but it's still not the quality it once was

lol, I don't need numbers. I know what I 've experienced. New York is one of the safest cities these days. The point about the string of porn shops and clubs is just to suggest that I found Toronto a big seedier. Of course the west village in NYC is similar to that, but you expect that when you go to the west village. I didn't expect seeing that right across from the Eaton Center Mall and in the middle of downtown in Toronto. That's the difference.

I've been to Toronto and Chicago. Chicago was pretty cool. Toronto was cool, but I do not agree that it is cleaner and friendlier than New York. I've never seen more homeless people than I've seen in Toronto. New York also does not have a strip of porn shops and strip clubs right in the middle of downtown like there was on Young Street in Toronto. New York is much safer too. I saw one cop my entire time in Toronto. That said, I'd visit TO again, especially to see MG.

I will definitely get to a full band show on the next tour. He seems to always go all out in Toronto so I may have to make that my destination.

She was the winning bidder in a charity thing. So she gets to go and listen to the demos and hang out with Matt Good.

And the pink ranger was in a softcore porn or something one time. And the red ranger was rumored to be in gay porn. Wouldn't be surprised if the blue ranger was in gay porn. ;)

hahaha. yeah I can't believe he'd be done in 3 weeks, even though he finished Hospital Music fairly quickly. The Vancouver songs sounded like they'd be kind of complex. Shit, it took me a month and a half to finish a song I was working on recently. But then I'm sure I'd be done faster if I was a PRO!!! ;)
