My friend from Alberta turned me on to Hey Ocean! I only really have one song by them though! "A Song About California" It's awesome and so is the music video for it. I would also describe the singer as extremely cute.

I haven't been playing many games lately. Was trying to finally finish up Folklore on PS3, but I have been occupied with other stuff. After that I'm not sure. I guess I'll finally start Bully after 8 months of owning it and not playing it.

Last Parade was a pretty big step up from the demo so I think it's safe to have high hopes.

Moon Over Marin, while I love the HM version, always struck me as just about the most random cover and inclusion on an album I could think of.

for the Live @ Massey Hall signed copy promotion it started out as like, the first 200 copies sold on Maple Music and then it turned into something like the first 350 after they sold out in a few hours.

I think I listened to this song about 30 times today. It's so awesome.

He mentioned there will be a similar promotion to Massey Hall's release where a certain number will be signed. I'm gonna try and get in on that again.

Nothing trumps the Simpsons in their prime. Nothing.

I heard a few of the demos, but I don't think Life in Spite of Itself was one of them. I'd like to hear it after the fact if possible.

This is correct. Family Guy more like distant doesn't belong grouped with the other two shows. The Simpsons is the best show ever put on television. South Park is one of the best shows that is still good after 10 seasons unlike the Simpsons which went starkly downhill after roughly 10. I've been watching South Park like crazy lately. They spoof Family Guy better than Family Guy could ever hope to present itself.

Anyone notice the countdown on Matt's Facebook? It's at 5 right now. It could be the countdown to the release of the single, which means we could potentially hear it on Monday.

When a tour is announced I'm going to see about getting tix to a show in Toronto. He always seems to put on the best shows there.

Yeah it was not recorded in the studio and probably never will be, and besides...he says fuck way too many times for it to be a single ;) Bad Pennies is still awesome.
