It's not really a spoiler, it's on the official website with a picture too... Also, Joss Whedon talking about why he directed an episode for The Office. http://www.nbc.com/The_Office/video/#cat=n...ec=1a&mea=62284

SPOILER (Highlight to View) Next week, Michael plus Jan officially become a couple...
-
I actually really like "Parachute" by him. I actually like his voice, it's kind have a 60's/70's voice, same with the music, I can't remember the name of the style. But basically it's not used so much anymore.
-
Next: "So Long and Thanks For All The Fish" by Douglas Adams.
-
Yes he is. Apparently his name is actually something like Sean Ono-Lennon, but he shortens it for his music. And what don't you like about his music Anton? I don't think it's the same as his father's by any means, but I still like how he plays with the alternative sound.
-
Anyone else heard of him? http://www.myspace.com/seanlennon. He's got some pretty good songs, pretty poppy sounding, but good none the less.
-
Sorry, I meant directed not created.

It's a good show. I hear rumours, so I don't know if they're true or not, but that Steve Merchant wants to do a third season, it's just Ricky Gervais who doesn't...

Did the Tories, when they make the announcment at least often say "hey, this is going to get taxed!" though.

Bye Bye Audioslave?
Matt replied to Some Random's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I liked Audioslave. I have no problem with them. RATM was kind have meh to me though. Also, apparently there might be a best-of with some un-released material on it so... -
I'm about to start reading "Life, The Universe, and Everything" by Douglas Adams.
-
Apparently the guy who created Buffy The Vampire Slayer created the last episode. Which is kind have amusing since Jim was turning into a "Vampire".

Limblifter (superthread)

http://www.myspace.com/limblifter Sorry, I just thought that was amusing. -
I don't watch much TV, I mainly just watch Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and The Office, and if I have time then I watch 22 Minutes, 'Til Death, and American Dad and Family Guy. FG just is a spent force unfortunately. I think that with all the downtime the episodes were seen so many times that even similar jokes are not funny anymore.

It was glorious. I don't know how else to put it. Nothing happened, and I'm pissed off about it. But yet it was still an amazing show. Well I guess that's not true, Michael finally clued in about how truly mean Ryan is and punishing him by sending him to work with Kelly. Also, I think Pam is clueing into Roy again and the act he's putting on for her. It's gotten so bad now, it's ridiculous on his part. Also, I think they gave the episode to Michael hands down. I know he didn't know how terrible Roy was to Pam, and how rude her co-workers were by not showing up, and how mean Oscar's boyfriend was, but he still gave her some confidence I guess. You know, just he saved the day and he was the unlikely hero. I was expecting Jim, so that was a complete curve ball too. You know even though they didn't resolve anything I still think it was a good episode.

Matt Mays is okay, he has some alright songs, but he's fairly well known as it is in Canada, so I don't see how he's underrated. He's almost a bit overrated actually. Also, Sam Roberts only got two nominations for his sophomore major label album... The Junos are what they are, music award shows are just okay.

It's not about being a Liberal, and I used to be a Conservative, but I don't like their new brand of politics. It's just bad for the country. I think the Tories are pushing for a return to a world that quite frankly doesn't exist anymore, self-reliance and close ties with the Americans.
-
I got around to seeing the movie as well the other day, and it's good. I looked on IMDB.com, but I couldn't find any mention of another one being made.
-
I probaly should have mentioned that the one I am reading is the full compilation...the "Trilogy in Five Parts" I am too, I am now reading "The Restaurant at The End of The Universe" as well now...
-
Yeah, but they didn't announce that they were going to do this, it's just it's well silly. And for the GST, I remember they lowered it and then raised the income tax so, I believe people who pay it, now actually lose all the savings from the GST reduction and have to pay an extra $13 minus the money saved from the GST a year on top of that in income tax. This government seems to be taxing people more than the Liberal government did...

Some of the seasons have been good, it's just the concept has become a bit tired to say the least. Also, they do two a year...
-
After the last few seasons kind have being a bore, I have decided to skip this season...
-
I didn't expect very much from it is the thing, I expected it to be fun, I just think that Shyamalan really brought all that much too this film, it was too similar to his other ones...
