"I Remember Me" - Silver Jews

I saw it as well. Like you I wasn't expecting much. It was maybe like 2% better than I expected, but pretty crappy nonetheless. I don't see this show succeeding, but ya never know what the stupid crowd will get into.

They wanted to build a Wal-Mart pretty close to my house. The community did manage to prevent it. I'm glad, mostly because having a Wal-Mart at that particular location would create a traffic nightmare. All of the cities in this state have urban growth boundaries, outside of which, no development is allowed with the exception of farmland or preserved nature sites. So it's really a pain when they try to sqeeze in as much crap into the available land as possible.

It's a little strange how well you folks seem to be taking the potential separation of the country. I mean, in the states, guess everyone's seen what happened when South Carolina tried to go its own way and a few hundred thousand people ended up dying.

Agreed with the many who've said The OC. I've never bothered to sit through an entire episode, but from what little I have seen, it's the most pointless and lame pile of crap I've seen since the movie "Stealth"

It seems there are really only two possible categories for movies that are based on games to go into. Either, they're so unlike the game that it's a terrible bastardization of worthwhile game; this is generally done with the injection of a stupid plot. Then there are those that are just too much like the game, so you've pretty much seen the movie even if all you've done in actuality is played the game.

Such a shame that there won't ever likely be a live show DVD.

I'm one of those that has to have something different every day. It's not so much because of the food, I just have this belief that the people working at any given food establishment would get sick of seeing me every day ordering the same thing.

I have to agree with those who found Stewart unfunny.

2.5/10 my older brother is a big fan, but I think they're terrible and generic sounding. Lodger

I was talking about NBC.

I watched a couple of events. But the coverage here was really crappy and biased. For example, there was some kind of speed skating things, and the announcers were like, "there are two Korean competitors in this event, now it's against the rules for athletes of the same country to conspire together to gain an advantage of some sort. Of course it's likely they'll do so anyways because it's impossible to prove. There are also two American athletes in this event, but they do not conspire."
