  1. "The Sound of Silence" - Simon & Garfunkel
  2. It appears no one's said Gattaca. That's my personal favorite.
  3. Hmm, seems you're right.
  4. What is this HMV thing people keeping talking about?
  5. "Like A Rolling Stone" - Bob Dylan
  6. Haven't tried it before.
  7. True enough. They also do b-side/unreleased collections for the same purpose, I like those a lot better.
  8. I have, I just didn't find myself too fond of it. So the movie is not something to look forward to, even though Ron Howard is awesome, as is Tom Hanks.
  9. I'd say neither.
  10. It's the novelty of it. Novelty is the reason most anything happens. Like space exploration.
  11. More than what it's worth to me to see a show.
  12. I think they'd be much better with a different vocalist.
  13. Just saw it today, not bad.
  14. Could be. Since the show's been running for a while, people have been seeing it as less cotroversial, so maybe they saw it fit to raise a bit of a storm again.
  15. Late at night, these commercials run on TV for telephone chat lines for gays, they play "Clocks" in the commercials. It's always made me laugh for some reason.
  16. Wonder how they taught it to do that.
  17. I say it should stay permanently.
  18. I have yet to hear it. Have trouble believing it's the worst song ever though, on account of bands like Franz Ferdinand or Green Day existing.
  19. Hearts In Atlantis. I heard it was gonna be terrible but I liked it. Wouldn't say it was one of my favorites, but definitely worth seeing.
  20. I enjoyed the movie, thought it was interesting, and agree that the performances were good ones, but couldn't help but think that the lives of artists or musicians are somehow always formulaic and this movie made no exception in showing the life of Cash. With elements like alcohol/drug addiction, bad relationships with their immediate family, a frustrating/stressful love-life, a period in which they stop performing or doing what they day because they've fallen to rock bottom, and always ends with either a message of redemption or a terrible "died before his time" type deal. It's as if I'd seen the movie already before actually seeing it.
  21. That's what I assumed as well. Now that would've been a story.
  22. I'd want one of those "Banana Slugs" shirts.
  23. I don't think I've ever done that, but that's because I download most everything anyways.
