  1. Not really. Here we got those Young Republican types that wish America was back like it was in the 1950's even though they were born in the early 1990's.
  2. It's gotta be the nostalgia.
  3. "As I Went Out One Morning" - Bob Dylan
  4. Just finished it. Pretty impressive.
  5. I got one of his songs rather accidentally when it was mislabeled as a Matt Good song, but having listened through it, turned out it was pretty good nonetheless. I got more of the stuff and it's all pretty impressive. I'd suggest you folks give it a listen, the website does have a song up to listen to, although I wouldn't say it's one of his best songs at all, but very listenable to. Return to Me
  6. I'm a fan of both, but I prefer Dylan.
  7. They suck and horribly so.
  8. Yes, he's extremely awesome.
  9. 6.5/10... I guess it would be more amusing if it were bigger.
  10. Mr. Greengrass, please try not to come off as so desperate, it compromises your dignity.
  11. They're moderately alright.
  12. I thought it was at least alright. Not a favorite but I didn't feel like I wasted time after having seen it as is usually the case.
  13. I'd say the comeback of Family Guy is quite disasterous. I had more enthusiasm for it when it first came back but it's just gotten stupid now that I've had more time to really look at it. Half the show is spent on those random "Like that one time I..." scenes. I didn't mind it so much in the older episodes but the idea has really grown tiresome. It's like some sort of sandwich restaurant that discovers that their patrons' favorite part of a sandwhich is the cheese... so they start making sandwhiches that have nothing but cheese between the bread. Weird analogy but I think it's a valid comparison. That's what would worry me about a comeback for Futurama (which I've always thought was better than Family Guy) is that they would take some of the more gimmicky stuff that worked with a lot of people before and just overload new episodes with them. I think it would be great if they brought it back and still made it fresh and funny, but the task seems like a really daunting one.
  14. If Tool's videos are anything like their music, lyrics, or lead singer, they're not nearly as they've been made out to be.
  15. To be fair, that was from their earlier, lower-budget days. I'm talking more about ones like "Sonne"
  16. Wasn't Kazakhstan's government really pissed off about this guy at one point because of the way he portrayed its people??
  17. I thought Batman was way over-rated. I wouldn't give it any higher praise than, "alright."
  18. Plus they didn't overdo the whole gay thing, which would've been annoying and stupid.
  19. I'm #1 on today's top 10 posters.
  20. Saw it yesterday. I concur with those who've said it was great. I haven't seen that many movies with PSH, maybe 4 or so, but of those this performance was my favorite.
  21. How come there wasn't such a fuss when they portrayed Mohammed on South Park as one of the Super Best Friends or whatever??
  22. Capote It was really good in my opinion. Interesting and well-acted.
  23. "Daddy's On Prozac" - Joseph Arthur
