i love explosions. dirty three are worth checking out. someone here turned me onto them. three piece band from australia: violin, guitar and drums. there newer stuff is pretty chilled out. there older stuff is a little more excited. i like both phases. -

i imagine you can get something pretty pimpin' for half your budget, but 10 years...c'mon. do you remember what computers were like ten years ago? edit: i suppose that wasn't much help, was it? my brother just ordered one of those dell xps laptop dealies. have you looked at them? they fit your budget and requirements, and, unlike me, my brother knows a thing or two about computers.
