And you have no idea how frustrating it is for me, as a Catholic, to see so many other retarded Catholics out there, who forget one very important commandment. In Religion class, we were taught that the 10 commandments, and the teachings of God can be summarized into one commandment which is "Love one another as you would love yourself". And so, when making any moral decisions, to take that into account. We get so caught up in semantics and details that perhaps if you simplify a little, it's not all that difficult to do the "right thing". I think, humans in general, as a group, have a problem with excess and "going overboard", refining things until it no longer resembles the original. Fast food, plastic surgery...even fandom...it's not only with Religion, that's conviction and belief are a frightening concept.

First of all. Yeesh. Second of all, Well-written, completely understood. I am certainly only speaking for myself, but I think the reason why I wasn't understanding you is because, you're right. You're right simply because I'm selfish and can't be bothered to really give *that* much of a shit about WHY I believe what I believe. Only that I believe it, and because of it, it guides me towards being a better person. And so I assumed the same for "the good ones". As for everyone else, yeah, your reasons are completely valid for wanting to be rid of it.

I remember watching a Comedy Central Jon Stewart special and he was talking about God, and how he believes in him, but he believes that God doesn't have as huge a part in our lives as we think. He thinks we're like, this shitty Science Fair project that he shoved under his bed. It's funny and I laughed, but in a way, rang some truth to me. Isn't that agnosticism?

Second of all, I didn't read the link, but reading what you read, in relation to those scientists, the first thing I thought was "Is there actually something wrong with believing in fairy tales?" (Again, this is going to sound extremely simplistic, but) What if you believe in them so much, you research and spend your life dedicated to proving its existence, under the guise of being a scientist? What if you discover explanations to many wonderful things that help humanity, simply because you wanted to prove the existence of God? I honestly don't really get the point of debating God. It's like debating your preference of ketchup on your burger.

haha that's awesome. I'm glad he's gaining some popularity. I chose him as one of our mini spotlights for the June issue of the magazine. I like his work a lot! It's very innovative for R&B music.

From what I understand, the random nudity/profanity, is in line with how the books are. Apparently, the sexy parts in the book are like whoa. Definitely give it another go, though. I was bored at the beginning, but it gets very engaging by the 4th ep or so...

Hi guys! The Underwear Affair last week went spectacularly! Thanks in part to you, I made just over $600 and our team raised $2500! Anyway, just wanted to drop a few pictures, to show you what the event looked like! Ironically, I wore more clothes than anyone else lol Our big plan to do the Lady Gaga thing fell through, because the float never got built in time. I was pretty choked. We all ended up going as Sailors, but it turned out pretty alright: The guy in the blue speedo was HILARIOUS. He was dancing like a maniac at the afterparty and like, bench pressing women and stuff. LOVED IT. These guys won the costume contest! And just because you guys were so great about donating, here's the last underwear pic I was gonna post if Charles donated:

We watched the 2nd episode, and I don't know if it's because I'm not paying enough attention to the dialogue or I'm too baked or something, but there is SO much going on, that I'm getting quite confused on what's going on and who's who...

We just started watching it. Kevin used to read the books and I know nothing of it. First ep was a little boring, started to pick up near the end, I'm keen to give it another go, though. I hear it's like True Blood/Mad Men, in that it's fairly close to soft corn porn :S

haha Aw gosh, thanks so much guys! I was pretty nervous about the shoot, I'd never shot with another male model so intimately before and been so naked around so many strangers before XD I'll prolly post the shots from the actual shoot when she gives them to me. I'd love your critiques ;)

haha it means "lucky" or in some cases "happiness". I got it a long time ago (maybe 6-7 years?). I've always had a love of angel wings (thanks to a childhood obsession with Sailormoon), and after I came off antidepressants after a terrible 4 year battle with them, I wanted to remind myself that a good, happy life comes from balance; I have a lot of good and a lot of bad inside me, and rather than deny that bad part of me, I should recognize it and own it, if I may sound cheesy for a moment. That's why the character is in the middle, against my spine, to represent balance.

I talked to the photographer today. She told me she will be sending me the pictures by Monday evening, latest ;) Well, I understand. Some time people can be a little strapped for cash, and it's important to take care of your needs first. I have a lot of jobless or minimum wage job friends and I know that can't really spare... That being said, I think I might be too nice. I let students and staff take candy from the dish, even if they don't donate...I just don't want to be a bitch about it, you know? I did count the money that was in there today, and I've got $47! So, I can't complain! Also, I'll be happy to report that I am already over $500 :angry: (Whereas my teammates haven't really made over $200 )
