  18. Problem Statement: Store menu pops are taking about 4 seconds longer than normal Problem Description: Store menu pops are taking 4 seconds longer than they normally do. It is happening for every store Actions: Connected to the OC through ALexandria as someone left a VPN opened on the Miami OC Killed the VPN and check with Greg just in case there was some kind of file transfer over the VPN that may have been killing bandwidth. This did not help. Checked the server's CPU and mem usage. Everything was running fine. Event logs were also clean, aside from failed VPN attempts Connected to th ePBX and immediately saw a "low on virtual memory" prompt. This is most likely the culprit. SQL, TV Client, and TV Call monitor are taking up a combined 100% of the CPU and 1.5 gigs of the machine's 2 gig memory capacity. I believe a PBX restart after lunch is our best option. Sending out the service alert so that someone outside of support (Dev, QA, Marcel, etc.) can take a look and see if there is any important data to be mined to get to the root cause
  19. 10/10 because it's you...and for giving Tim 0, since he refuses to accept his new title as Timbits!!!
  20. I would agree...the system is very stunted...make a lot of money, work for a decent company, and you get the best care possible....if not you could die from a tooth ache. 10/10 Great pic, it's good to see your face.
  21. Why is that sad? She was on my coverage...I have pretty good coverage...it was my pleasure to cancel it...I mean, it wasn't my problem to pay for her problems. 10/10 cause it's Timbits
