Is it generally a rule in Canada that you aren't an at will employee? In the state in the US where I live you are at will unless otherwise explicitly stated. Meaning you can be fired without cause or notice, and you have no recourse, heck I don't think you can collect unemployment at that point.

You'd have proof she/they/the store paid you for something certainly not because they enjoyed your company. That said from my limited very limited knowledge of the US's laws this is gonna not amount to anything more than headache for you trying get back at someone for "misleading" you. While I doubt the store can get in very much trouble at all. Besides didn't you get an extra 10-15% by not paying taxes? Over 2 months that might just be about the amount of severance pay you mentioned you would be entitled too.

wow good episode. It feels wrapped up, sadly but i'd love to see where it goes. I'm not really sure what's up with the future. Is Weaver how he gets there? It seems a little extreme to just up and bounce like that. Ellison's lack of surprise at a new terminator was a little lacking... Everyone in the cast coming together seemed to show while it is probably over that if need be can bring the band back together. but without sarah connor doesn't make much of a show eh?

This one had it's moments. But over all it's just like they keep piling on twist after twist after twist. enough already you have a ton of plot to ram through. It's like so anti filler it's like filler if that makes sense. It was a nice touch to show the new crash survivors infected? I'm guessing... ben's back story was pretty good it filled in some stuff, although not killing russo didn't make a lot of sense w/e he was young we'll see where it goes. The plane captain - he was usual lost nonsense. He had to go with sun but now he HAS to go back....lol... Anyone else still not remember claire's departure - maybe fill me in cause I still can't remember why she left other than to make twist 24390 that she's jack's brother. whoopie....

scott lucas of local h fame has some solo stuff out that's good mew - mewithout you - ehhh i'm not super into them but people like em' and they have a different sound. pelican - instrumental think tool but no vocals russian circles - really dig these guys against intrumental jam rock heavy but not too heavy. neutral milk hotel - aeroplane.. - it took me a REALLY REALLY long time to come around but this cd's been on a lot lately. i still have trouble with the lyrics but the music is solid.

lots of people like soap opera's and enjoy that aspect. Plus I bet a ton of people are like me and see it as the car crash on the side of the road.

I liked derek too! he's a good actor, and his role really filled out the chemistry of the team. But man just icing him 10 minutes in out of the blue. PERFECT(in my best frank west from dead rising voice) Just shows the harsh killing machines that are terminators, cold efficient brutal. John Hendry actions were really cool, Shirley manson still gives me the chills, Ellison's personal conflicts, fuck all this episode was missing was a few minutes alone with cameron! And I think the people in charge of TSCC knew they were shelved at mid season when they moved to friday. I also read the WB who is producing or making the show gave fox a discount for the 2nd half making it more attractive to pick up to help get T4 off the ground. Now there isn't so much incentive for a 3rd season. Idk why all the filler, and some pretty bad filler at that. There were those episodes in TNG where it was pretty uneventful but they still had a compelling nature to them...

wow just watched last weeks. Holy shit was a great episode. Finally have weaver's intentions out there...awesome pop with derek getting popped and emo mom. just a superb episode. Where was this 3/4th of this season? Did clearly say finale that sucks...kinda ambiguous but not really...

No, the rest of the people who stayed behind were in the 70's, they time shifted on the island Rose,Bernard etc etc... The new set of plane crash victims are chilling on the other island independent of the original secondary survivors in the present.
