Canada isn't the most multicultural country of all... Then who is? ... I would think it would be really difficult to say for sure. To determine you'd pretty much have to count how many cultures are in a given nation but then you'd have difficulty in determining whether or not one group of people can be considered a different culture. For instance in India they've identified like 800 different languages and more than twice as many dialects. There's a variety in religious belief and practice, and so on and so forth. But to someone in the west, they're all just Indian. you could say the same thing about the united states. a californian speaks a different language than a georgian, and they DEFINETLY have different cultures. i think when people think "multicultural" they think "multirace" an east indian from india is still east indian, no matter what language they speak or what part of the country they're from.

last night i decided to play a twilight round of golf at Fraserview G&CC in Vancouver. i would have played by myself but it just so happened that i ran into a couple guys i played with in whistler. we played the first 5 holes and skipped 6, because we wanted to get to the 9th before dark. we were playing from the championship tees, so the par 3 7th was lengthed at 219 yards, downhill. i pulled out my 4 iron and lined up my shot. then i decided to go back to my bag, pull out my hybrid 3-iron and give'r. i shot it perfectly straight, one bounce on the green and right into the cup! my first hole-in-one. anyways it sparked me to start a thread about achievements. doesnt have to be sport related... just anything that you're proud of that you want to share.

oh my fuckin lord. that is awesome.... so awesome that i almost want to make the commitment of impregnating a woman just to say that.

last night i was at the edgewater casino with annabella and a couple guys that work for my ex's dad's online casino. he was sitting at the poker table and the waitress came over to ask if we wanted anything to drink. at first he said "sure, get me a molitov cocktail because when im done you're gonna want to burn this place down". which was funny but not really an insult... she came back later and asked again and he said "yeah get this guy beside me a basic strategy card, he sucks" the WHOLE table burst out in laughter, except for the insultee, of course.

are you moving out of hope? if you're planning to move closer to the city... check out east or westside vancouver... its ALL old rental houses with lots of bedrooms and character. excellent communities and when you work it out between everyone its pretty cheap.

before i owned my own business i used to just book off like 10 days right in the middle of summer, and if i hadnt made any plans by then, then i had 10 days off to relax.

sweet. the very best thing about graduating is the freedom to d whatever. i never actually moved in with friends, but good lord did we ever have some crazy times in each other's houses. i'm not a roommate type of person but if you are, you'll have a fuckin blast. where do you live now?
