There are more complex sentences where people make mistakes. It's hard to come up with an example, but people often mistake the subject of the sentence because it isn't immediately before/after the verb.

Eh... forgive people for not knowing the complex world that is the English language inside out.

 

Honestly, who came up with this friggin' language? I have half a mind to kick them in the groin. It's led to nothing but North American redneckery.

I'm sure you could afford it if you had fucked up priorities.

 

This winter, i bought an army surplus parka for $40 and it was so warm that i couldn't wear it until a few weeks ago, and the pockets are big enough to fit heads, so those fur people are full of shit when they say that anything else isn't warm enough.
