It's true many people do misconjugate(shit I don't know how to spell) that verb.

God, now I'm all self-conscience. I hope I know how.

Also, remember that show I am Weasel (I think), and weasel was contrasted by I are Baboon. Eh?

There are more complex sentences where people make mistakes. It's hard to come up with an example, but people often mistake the subject of the sentence because it isn't immediately before/after the verb.

"Where is your keys?"

An example, and as silly as it sounds, i hear it ALL the time!

"Where's your keys" isn't so bad, though, is it?

Eh... forgive people for not knowing the complex world that is the English language inside out.

Honestly, who came up with this friggin' language? I have half a mind to kick them in the groin. It's led to nothing but North American redneckery.

Fur is MURDAAAAH!!!

POST SECRET TIME: I broke the fur store's window and i don't feel bad at all.

Posted

If I could afford fur, I wouldn't wear it.

But, I can't, so still, I don't.

Posted

I'm sure you could afford it if you had fucked up priorities.

This winter, i bought an army surplus parka for $40 and it was so warm that i couldn't wear it until a few weeks ago, and the pockets are big enough to fit heads, so those fur people are full of shit when they say that anything else isn't warm enough.

Untreated caribou fur, brotha.

Anyways, if you live south of the Arctic circle, you really don't need fur.
