back to the topic... When i was a kid I used to see ads lke a normal person (mainly TV). Now I buy the ad space and plan who sees them.

the MGB wallpaper from rocktoons.com? (PS I didn't check first - too lazy)

It was good for what it was. but it could've been soooo much better. Glad (you know who) got axed early. I always thought their character was a whiner (even though that's how they always were). I felt like I needed subtitles about who was who...other than the main mutants, I had no clue who half the other ones were. And for an army of mutants, did they all have to look like bums and not really use their powers that much (mainly in the end when the main fight is)?

Xmen 3 - Pretty good. Stay after the creds for a bonus scene.
-
Saw 2 was alright. Not sure if it was better than 1, but maybe. A lot of stupid parts tho...(the finger/hand trap part). Devil's rejects I have burned, but haven't watched as I know it will suck huge donkey balls.

wtf is hulk & phantom doing on that list, they both sucked ass (at least the recent movies).

Glad to see you're spreading the leak...;) -
Unless it doesn't apply, what about Big City Life - I loved this the first 2 (and only) times I've heard it live. Other's include all of LA, Fated, Can't Get Shot..., Annabelle, All Together, Agoraphobe, BOAN, SIIFTM and TBCH.

FRFTV7 - Well there's 2 sides to this, but the outcome is about the same: A) The easy way - An astronaut in space and is gf back on Earth describing their feelings B) The semi-easy way - A guy & girl who are split up several years later and are both wondering what the other is up to and what could've been next: Invasion 1

Born - Ajax (No hospital in 'shwa back in '81) Raised/lived - All over the south end 'shwa (but not ghettos). I currently live in the FSA (L1J - Postal code) that has the highest average income (before welfare...haha stopped that joke)...yay! Want to live - Etobicoke on the lake in a condo...hopefully soon. Or BC, but not until a decade or two.

Is that suppose to be an insult? We know Oshawa sucks and is filled with rednecks and soccer-moms. That's kind of why we're making fun of it. I effing hate that construction on the new Stevenson/401 interchange...and apparently it takes 5 years to build a bridge. It's added 5-10 minutes to my commute to the GO station daily. I need to move...

I started watching from day 1 cause I read an article on the creators that basically siad it was their goal "to scare the shit out of viewers after every episode". Which they sometimes did. I think City/Space are re-airing all these, of the 22 eps or whatever, only about 6 of them have an ongoing story (mostly at the end), so you could always pick and choose. I use zap2it.com to search and tv.com to get the episode list. Good hunting. P.S. CW (CBS/WB - the merger of UPN & WB) have re-newed this for next season...yay!
-
Well the good news is they are aware that people will be pissed if the show goes on forever. Last I heard, they were planning on wrapping up around 5-7 seasons.

Going All The Way: Wow this was a tough one, but I'll give it my best. I think the subject realizes that their life is the best it's gonna get (nothing left to die for/our beauty is just decay/dreams of sea caught way inland) and it's not what they pictured (monomania) and they don't want to go on (go out going all the way/cut our losses). The "missile men" is just a shot at the government for filler. flip a coin: The Rat or Invasion 1

I have it filed as a B-Side under Avalanche, but it doesn't really prove anything.
-
I think you dropped the ball on this one too...you could've had the upper hand.
-
then you're in the wrong thread ;) So any good/bad shwa stories today...I can't think of any except I have a stray cat on my porch that my brother decided to take care of...all the thing does is eat and sleep in the sun.

Ya, but the HTBers never bought/buy the albums, they just show up at the concerts and expect it to be '99 still.
-
I was there in '00 or whatever year Creed headlined and nobody stuck around for them. I only went for MG (and some Filter), but it was well worth it.

first page, or if the link expired, hopefully someone else will re-upload

Did you get all your posts from one liners? I swear I've seen you at the end of every topic I looked at tonight.

Me and my girlfriend have an ongoing war...I hate the depeche mode version and she hates matt's version. Whenever either of us plays it, we're always trying to change the track or turn it off.

I Third that. I've spent countless hours with the stereo cranked singing along to the Rat and making my neighbours ears bleed. Other than killing my throat and not being able to breathe for the rest of the day, I'd never get bored of this.

Oasis Fans?

Wonderwall is their one and only 'great' song. WTSMG is their best album, but nothing really spectacular other than that.
