yay! i didn't either! you get mad ill props then, missus christy. on occasion, patrick has a good voice, but his music is just so weirdly bad (thats the best way i can describe it) that i can't enjoy it. aside from danny lohner and charlie clouser, it's a given that the NIN alumni stink at making music.

he's not for everyone. if you want a starting point, DL "abattoir blues/the lyre of orpheus", his most recent album.

you want to check out "pickapart" as well as "zebra". both great songs. but not the best thing to come out of australia since the didgeridoo. for that i look to nick cave & the bad seeds. or nick cave on his own.

the more i listen, the more i realize that this album has more to offer than frances the mute... not in terms of it being better or worse, but just musically this album varies a lot more than it's predecessor (quite possibly because it goes a full 76 minutes).
