I have to say their anthem is much better. I don't know why. maybe it's because it's translated from french. maybe it's becuase Hendryx rules. at any rate, our anthem is a horrible piece of orchestry.

Tip: 1. oatmeal before you workout, always. it'll double your energy. forget your routine... here's your new routine, trust me . this is what you should do if you're workin out 4 days a week. day #1: cardio day #2: back and biceps day #3: chest and triceps day #4: shoulders abs should be done most days, and forearms can be fit in on your cardio day if nothing else.for someone who works out as much as you, legs are usually a day by themselves. but it depends if you care about being proportionate or not. this is sort of a standard schedule that most people work around. triceps and biceps are opposite motions. once you get a pump in one, your flexibility is ruined for the other, so scrap that. back/biceps and chest/triceps use the same muscles, so it's best to work them out on the same day. if you do chest, and then go to do triceps the next day, your triceps will be too weak to do anything. the same applies to your back + biceps. I don't know how you do your sets, or what exercises you use, so it's difficult to give more advice.

I dunno if I'd differentiate between slow and hard songs.. Because, something like everything is automatic can be considered as much a ballad as fated. I'd say that he has melodic songs and raw songs. Raw being most of his pre MGB music, and WLR&RR (poor man's grey), and melodic being most of his material. apparitions, avalanche, etc I love those melodies.

The problem is that the media creates these fallacious two sided arguments and everyone subsequently forms "their own" opinions about it without even understanding what the argument IS. It shouldn't even be an argument. "Steven Harper chose not to lower the flag." -----> person thinking-> (alive=good, but... death=bad. BAD!)--> "Not lowering the flag is... bad! why can't we mourn the victims?" and a lot of these whiners are the very same people who keep voting to cut money from our military. i'm surprised more haven't died with all the 20 year-old equipment their using.

Shaw sucks. Before Rogers took over Shaw in my area I got shat service all the time. I have the Rogers PVR. it's included in a bundle, digital cable/internet/pvr the prices are ridiculous. I'm wondering if the Cable companies have a monopoly over digital video recorder prices, or if eventually people will be able to buy them separately, because those things are not worth 600 freakin bucks
