"I diagnose you with sexy-itis." "oooh doctor, give me some sexual healing" that's not from the show, I don't know why I said that...

Cool shit. I love anything acoustic so I enjoyed those songs. The lyrics were interesting. The only real criticism I have is that Dana sounded very restrained in the songs. she can obviously sing, you can hear that in Noah where she really belts it out. but her volume is in and out too much.she's pickin and choosing parts to emphasize. I think it would help the songs if you broke it up a bit and have interludes, or just instrumentals for a bit, verses where she is not singing. it's all go go go stop. seeing as how your songs seem to be full of so many syllables - which is fine - it might work well to try something more up tempo. it almost sounds like she's slowing down her singing for the song, waiting to sing , if that makes sense. ( listen to the end of Noah, you can hear how tight it got when the tempo changes a bit) also if she held notes longer for a chorus or somethiing- overlapping instrumentals- it would make it more dynamic. I don't want to sound too critical cause you guys are cool, I'm just offering suggestions like you asked. and I can't sing half as good as dana. bass would add alot. more distortion and solo's (just kidding) though her voice would sound good with distortion. those are my suggestions. -
I read "Porn". im disappointed

thats cool, just make sure you don't neglect either the outer or inner heads. switch it up between close-grip and wide I don't use the cross cables too much.. I have a kurl bar at home. they're like 40 bucks if it's worth it to you. I recommend that. Also, one of the best things is pushups...works the whole upperbody. wide lat raises and dips are wicked too I need to buy a new skipping rope.i have one that's too short, if anyone wants it

yeah I know what you meant, 21's are a type of set for curls. lift from your waist halfway up 7 times, then from 90 degrees up 7 times, then full reps 7 times. something a bit different..quite cool. the hardest thing is shocking your muscles, especially biceps it seems, cause they have memory and they get used to exercises. so, whatever you don't feel like doing is what you should do . like, mess it up. do 6, 10, 12,8. or whatever is the opposite of what you normally do. By the way, I remember someone put out an open challenge for squash. I think it was adam. I accept that challenge, for anyone who goes to a GTA Y!

I never liked twisting my wrists during curls. but it's not necessarily a bad thing. the biggest thing you have to worry about is not your wrists but where your elbows are. they should be at your side. I always see people with their arms way in front and widened. plus everyone swings weights, which is good for your last couple reps maybe, but some people just do it al the time. I could curl 150 too if i swung the weight. I'd also break my back lol if you like high reps Kyle you should try 21s.

unless I'm turning I only use one hand to steer- usually at the bottom of the wheel cause im too lazy to lift my arm- and with the other hand i fuck around with my radio. ( I don't have a cd player ) I think it's dangerous to drive with both hands. each hand is controlled by a different part of the brain, you're more likely to fuck up in an emergency. And I'm sick of dodging chinese drivers. pacific mall is a death trap, ( for anyone who knows what I'm talking about)

I voted prime time. you can't go wrong with it. It's probably the least ambiguous out of your list, and it's just my personal favorite as far as lyrics go. this is a reccuring theme in matt;s writing. but this particular song is really beautiful in its simplicity. the song simply portrays the folly of 20th century addictions, where convenience is supposed to have made our lives better but ultimately it's dumbed us down. And the result of that is shown in the supposed suicide of a girl. and it sort of just says, well this is what we've become. it's killing us but we're clinging to the comfort of our lives, like a bug burned on a light bulb. it's a sad hopeless song, written with the same despondent attitude of the culture he describes. you could analyze this one foreevr.

Ok, so I was at a pub with some friends. Over the course of a couple hours I had 5 pints and an undetermined amount of shots, not including the beers I had at home beforehand. My friend tells me that at one point I kicked open the mens room door and yelled "HEEEEYYYY!!" as loud asone can. this put the fear of god into some guy taking a piss at a urinal. he jumped and then ran out without washing his hands. We left the pub around 10 or so and I went and sat in the back of some persons car in the parking lot ( I don't know who or why). Anyway, that was quickly resolved, my friends apologized and that was that. on our way home I convinced my friend to drop me and my other friend off at a pub on our way home where I had another pint. Apparently I asked the guy sitting next to me "are you gay or something?" to which he responded, "no. are you?" Luckily I didn't get the shit beaten out of me. My friend took me home and in spite of my wanting to go out to drink more. I was resistant and my brother and best friend took my shoes. I snuck outside through the back door and ran away while barefoot, yelling profanities at anybody. I ran away from my friend and into a neighbourhood where people only go if they want to get drugs, or get shot.My friend brought me home while my brother called the police. When the two officered arrived I was sitting on the bench on my porch. They asked me to go inside, although I refused and instructed them on my rights , which I seemed to know. The cops were obviously new to the job and had trouble refuting my argument, which was surprisingly convincing. The officers didn't know what to do and said things like, "don't call me buddy .I'm not your buddy". I told them not to patronize me and to get off my porch. At any rate, I was escorted halfway towards the police car before I told them, "alright I'll just go to bed". My parents woke me up the next morning, wondering why I was lying on the living room floor with puke all over myself.

Should The Bring Back Futurama?

most of the episodes that I saw were simple and bland. maybe I didn't watch it enough. I always felt that there was something left to be desired as far as the characters go. -
take no heed redragon, emo bear is angry at the world. if you like that quote, you might be interested in reading ray kurzweil's Singularity book. I have it, though I haven't gotten around to reading it.

when someone asks "how do I look?". you have to say:"you look good for the shape you're in" that's really more an insult than a phrase though ;)

everyone kept telling me to see signs. And it wasn't even a scary movie at all, but instead it was just a mask for this religious sub plot, which turned out to be the real theme of the movie. I still enjoyed it because of the good cast, but very disappointed.

those songs were more over played than over-rated. they're still good songs.

From what I understand, there is no difference in the effects of creatine whether you take the pill, or powder, and there's also a liquid form. The only difference is that the pills are bloody expensive. the powder is expensive enough, nevermind paying extra just to have it in pill form.I've never been fond of swallowing those big capsules. personally I prefer the powder, because you have to drink a ridiculous amount of water while on creatine anyway, so you might aswell add it to a drink. everyone I know who uses it takes the powder, even those who are involved in fitness for a living and who invest lots of money in it. As far as creatine itself goes, it is a very new product which has more debate surrounding it than anything other supplement. Lots of people swear by it, and lots of people are skeptical. It's supposed to give your muscles added energy. but from my experience, all it does is fill your muscles up with water. While on it, you can lift up to 20-25 percent more than usual. But once you stop taking it, your muscles just shrink again. Some say it takes up to a year before you really start to gain evergy from it. If anything, it's a laugh to take. especially if you're a skinny guy because growth of size in your muscles looks defined and you can look bigger without even doing anything. Worth a try. But I recommend glutamine. that way you know you're improving the growth of your muscles rather than just their appearance. If someone were to do every muscle group individually it would take at least 7 days, depending on what you consider "muscle groups". if you do things like, chest one day and bi's the next, you'll have a disproportionately large chest and tiny arms. you have to remember, there are 2 heads to your bi's, and 3 to your triceps. (your triceps are huge). if you're placing all your energy on your chest one day, then HALF that energy for your bi's or tri's the next day, they'll be half the size, in comparison with your chest.and youll look odd. there's no such thing as working just one muscle. there's stabilizer muscles involved with whatever workout you're doing. doing curls, you use your forearms and back. when you do chest, much of it is triceps and shoulders. So while you're using those muscles anyway, it makes sense to do a couple things a day.

law of chance says you'll win 50 percent of the time which means predictions = usually pointless. didn't you ever do that experiment in school

well there are 80-something different combinations of body types, so different people require different ways of exercising. But there are training methods that have have proven to be most beneficial for most people. there're also rules. i think you're a cool guy so I dont wnat to see you waste your time on anything. bodybuilding is a science, so if you know the right formulas you get the right result. there are certain thiings that can improve ones productivity 10 fold. it all depends on what you want to achieve. you can be productive without crippling yourself, I just ,ade an amateur mistake. If you dont drive youll never get into an accident, youll also never get anywhere.
