Geez, I was only 7. I hadn't even heard of Matt at that point in my life. Where does the time go?

I got my copy in today and it's signed!! I also got someone else's copy, so if anyone knows anyone from Virginia who didn't get theirs, let them know I probably have it. (I already sent him an email though, so hopefully he'll get his copy soon)

I saw it in a digipak at my work (I work at a London Drugs computer department for anyone curious), so I would imagine most if not all are in digipaks.

Just learned it on piano thanks to this! It's such a fun song to play.

Cold Water still has that ambiance to it, I feel, but Los Alamos definitely lost something in the studio.

I'm absolutely loving No Liars! Especially the synths during the first post-chorus. This is so much better than the demo.

I hope I can catch some good seats for the Vancouver show. I start work at 9 and won't get a break until 11:30 or 12:00, so front row are out of the question, but hopefully I can get a pair of decent seats. Upgrading is gonna be tough too :/

I'm kind of surprised that there are no VIP packages for any of the shows on Vancouver Island. Looks like it's off to Vancouver for me!

I think that Hornets would have been a good song for this album. Any of the three versions of it would have meshed nicely with the rest of the songs.

Am I the only one who feels as though there is a vocal disconnect between "to" and "get" in the first verse at around the 0:58 second mark. I noticed it on the first listen, but I'm not sure what it is. It sounds like Matt was going to say "to wake up" instead of "to get up" but either caught himself early or had it changed later. Other than that extremely little thing, I really like how it sounds. I thought I would miss the bells more than I am, but this really does keep attention on the rest of the song.

I hope he reuploads his music videos from Arrows at some point. If he's doing a new video do you think he'll reupload everything again?

I'm gonna have to go with either Moment or Girls in Black, but I'm leaving towards Moment.

I recently started buying the old MGB singles online and I have amassed quite a collection of the radio edits from that. I have also been thinking about phoning the local radio station and asking them to play the singles over the air so that I can record them on their websites to collect the censored and shortened songs I can't find the singles online for, and in doing so I started wondering if anyone else does this. Do any of you have a collection of the radio edits? Do any of you care about the radio edits? I feel like I'm probably pretty alone on this front since most people want to collect the physical CD that a single gets rather than the edited audio, whereas I see it the other way around. The audio is what I find cool and the physical aspect of the CD's are just an added bonus if I can find them.

Just a quick question for anyone who has had Matt sign anything in person, what does his signature look like? I just got 2 cd's from a pawn shop for 4$ that have a signature on them, but they're both different and I haven't ever seen Matt's signature before this. I imagine one or both are frauds, but could anyone confirm them for me? WLRRR AoB

That sounds like a great idea to me. Hopefully we can get something along those lines going to celebrate two decades of Matt Good.

I paid 5 bucks for mine at a used cd store that's known for overcharging. I got it, Lose Anthems and a signed WLRRR for 12 bucks. I think it averages about 15 or 20 normally.

Have any of you ever heard of Justin King? He is one of my favourite musicians of all time, and I don't think he gets the kind of recognition he deserves from the mainstream music scene. The man is a genius with the guitar, and he has a pretty good voice too. Just wondering if the May 15th release date has been confirmed to be the release date, or if it's still a place holder. If it is the release date then I know what I'm getting for a birthday present!

If those were my zip folders, then the songs in those aren't Avalanche demos. Just a couple acoustics, and instrumental and a b-side.

That was pretty bad overall, but I bust a gut at some of Matt's one liners. "Hey Bill, you got any porn?" and "They're both crap" were the best lines in my opinion.
