  1. It seems kbernardp has gone into hiding...
  2. Okay, so you're not as serious then. But Kevin Smith is pretty smart, if not dry, so I would classify it as intelligently-composed comedy. *nod*
  3. You've apparently been trying to sell this stuff for over 2 years. Wow. I must say, I'm interested in any of the posters sans the Avalanche one, because I already have it.
  4. Alright, so movies that are a little bit more serious when it comes to action. Those are all good movies.. lol@Marx
  5. Yup, but I read online that he won't be warmachine until the 3rd movie, because they might want to do some stuff branching off of Mandarin in the second one.
  6. Plus Crusader is more well-known as the "father" of this page.. Matthew Good doesn't know who you (Champion of Nothing) are, so he'd put you on a lower priority for an email response.
  7. Sorry. ;) Guess they should have a warning for that.
  8. Then what kind of movies do you like?
  9. I agree. No new demos (except maybe SAITT). They're not even on CDs yet; that would be very indecent.
  10. Emphasis on the fact that the survey was taken by students. They're in school, so of course this stuff is fresh in their minds. This video, on the other hand, is of random adults being asked questions on the street. That in no way shows that they have a legitimate education. Please don't use a survey to justify that there are not stupid people in Spain, France, Germany, or anywhere else. There are stupid people everywhere. Some of them might be people you know. If we're going by a bell curve of IQ here, most people are actually not very smart. In any case, I am not defending the people in the video in particular. I just dislike blanket statements that say the entire U.S. is comprised solely of stupid people. Yes, those people were stupid, too stupid to realize that they were being fucked with (notably the Prime Minister of Australia bullshit, and the rigged map), but if you come to the United States, I'm sure you will meet educated people worth your respect- educated people, I might add, that can do any number of things, such as run businesses for your country to buy from. One more thing. Nowhere does the tape show an intelligent person commenting on the fallaciousness of the map or anything like that. If anyone did (and I'm sure someone did, even in a Southern town which probably doesn't have the best education), it it obviously not shown in the video in order to only present what the producers and writers want - stupid Americans.
  11. Tuna salad on a roll. Delicious.
  12. You know if the same types of things were done in a sample of your country's population, the outcome would be similar? A good portion of ANY population has intelligence on par with a donkey.
  13. I just saw the trailer for that! Did you recognize all the AE product placement? ;)
  14. There are plenty of unused armaments everywhere. It doesn't mean the U.S. is about to invade Canada. That plan is dated and I'd like to think nobody would dare try to conquer a friendy, let alone an industrialized friendly.
  15. Don't tell me why I post here. I don't try to put words in your mouth, do I? I do come here because I am bored. That is that. I certainly could figure out my Matthew Good news solely from matthewgood.org if I was so inclined. I don't know where you got those definitions from, but that's not how I see it. Threadshit, to me, is being off topic and purposefully starting pointless arguments (that obviously have nothing to do with the thread), sometimes by means of excessive trolling (which you don't necessarily do). (Yes, by that definition, I aided your threadshit) I've never even heard of thread constipation, so I'm going to disregard that, as it is clearly not the case here. So please, please, don't use the fact that I said you were threadshitting as proof that you've "beaten" me. Oh, my. Not that. I won't be a part of this here anymore. I felt uncertain about it even when it was just us discussing in this thread (I don't like to be off topic), but others have been brought into it (and not just saying things like "how about them t-shirts?"), so it's really going to have to stop. They've started not only to insult you, but to insult me. I certainly don't want to have to defend my character just because I wanted to find out more about your views. I also know that if this discussion keeps going, this thread will be closed. If you'd like to talk, again, private message me. I'm done participating in this nonsense with you. We have stretched this out for 2 pages now, and with everything I say, you just keep changing your argument to something else. First it was about MG being anti-war, then it became about religion's stupidity, and now it's about religion breeding pedophilia..
  16. I second that movement. !!!
  17. hah. Do you find it funny that SJP is the one predominantly featured on all of the posters? How can those women act together with all of their evil vendettas?! I've never seen the show, but I'd assume that'd make them pretty good actors.
  18. I know. I was here. lol.
  19. Well, it even says in the article that the organization successfully made the transformation from using arms to peaceful means of protest, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were put on the list before they went strictly to nonviolent tactics (along with chastisement from Amnesty). This is seriously odd, though - that the decision hasn't been overturned before now. And for once, I wholeheartedly agree with Condi. hah. I do not agree, however, with the Homeland Security secretary who said in the article that it raises a debate about who is a terrorist and who is not. The ANC is clearly not a terrorist group, just as MLK and his buddies were not a terrorist group in the U.S. Civil Rights movement. What I found interesting was that this only recently surfaced, seeing as they must have been on the list for some time, facing problems getting into the U.S. I was certainly irked by the tidbit about Barbara Masekela and her ailing cousin. >.o Nice find, Prosis.
  20. I saw that recently, too. The first 30 seconds I kept thinking "I do not want to sit through any more of his hands bobbing up and down," but then it turned out to be pretty awesome. This dude is definitely adept with his hands.
  21. They supposedly stockpile oil constantly... but you're right. That is a possible solution.
