It is for me. I wouldn't mind seeing the band as a whole but if Matt played more Beautiful Midnight, Underdogs, Audio of Being I think that would be a solution that everyone is happy with.

her set in pittsburgh was amazing and she is such a sweet lady as well. I was lucky to talk to her for quite a good bit and she is a total sweetheart

I also would be interested in the video. Lance was tuning side stage in Pittsburgh too. It made for good banter between him and Matt

These must have been the two from the Pitt show too!! She yelled out about Jack Johnson Banana pancakes and matt started talking about it. Was he really well dressed? It had to have been the same people. How many Mr Drummond look alikes can there be?

Did the old man look shockingly similar to Mr Drummond from Different Strokes?? If so then this may have been the Pittsburgh couple I spoke of.

I know matt doesn't like the people who randomly yell snarky comments (nor do most of us) but why play venues that serve liquor? The only really obnoxious people are the drunks who can't controll themselves. It's an acoustic concert with a man, a guitar, and his voice. Matt is ballsy enough to do this in the first place let along the fact that he is doing this while ill. People should be more respectful or be served a 2 drink limit. A felt embarrassed for the drunk chick in Pittsburgh who was molesing her 60+ yr old boyfriend/husband/client all night 2 feet from the stage

What an amazing show. So Long Mrs. Smith, Tripoli, Zero Orchestra, Life beyond, rabbits, just to name a few. Matt played for just under 2 hrs and seemed in great spirits even while battling illness. Awesome set and show. If you get the chance to see him live you should definitely do it.

With the weather being so bad I didn't want to wait in the rain. I'm coming from the mt lebo area. When are you going down there? Maybe grab lunch?

The thing with this is that bands like Zepplin, Pearl Jam, Oasis, Nirvana they all toured the world at a higher rate and have a huge tape trading fan base. Matthew and MGB while popular, had most of that popularity in Canada. Canada is notorious for not videotaping their bands. Look for Headstones, Tea party, Econoline Crush, Finger 11, Treble Charger, I Mother Earth, . It is near imposible to find any live recordings of these bands. The only main exception I have seen is with the Hip and a few OLP live videos. I wish there were more live mgb but it's just not out there in video form

I have a pro shot vid from much music it is snow job 99 i believe. It has mainly underdogs songs and has matt talking about rick and rachel getting down on the ego ramp. I have it on vhs never really converted it to DVD. also on the tape is the wanna meet a rockstar show where a fan gets to hang out with mgb during the time period of recording audio of being.

Shows look to be going well. I am always surprised at the songs people record for youtube though. How many "Avalanches" "Alert Status Reds" can we see? I'd be dying to hear omissions or zero orchestra acoustic. Any of the new or rarer songs since you don't know when they will be played again.

I think he can play this long in the states. It really all depends on how long he rented the venue for I would imagine, or any curfew laws the venue may have

Bimbly, the majority of White Light Rock And Roll Review had a heavier feel to it. It was pretty much a straight up rock album. He still played Carmelina and other "heavy songs" during the 2004-2005 tours
