Make Tiger by the Tail a single. I think this could be huge not only in Canada but here in America also. Such a perfect song

I remember a sweet running for home site awhile back also. Matt does post here on occasion as well. I know as I have grown and have 1 child now that family life takes a bunch of time. I imagine Matt is extremely busy with both recording and family life which makes everything he does do for us mean that more.

Matt, Do you feel that the reason arrows didn't do as well as LOES is the fact that less and less people are buying physical cd's and are just downloading albums? I loved both albums but when I play anything from Arrows in my car it immediately gets the response "who is this" or "This is really great" I think it appeals more to the casual listener than the die hard fan if that makes any sense.

I loved the back to basics sound of Arrows Of Desire. it reminded me of of 90's MGB and what made me fall in love with the music to begin with. Not a bad track on the album. I was hoping this album would be similar to it in the rock sense, but I am happy with what I have heard so far and know Matt will put out great work.

I loved the album The Hip put out before Now For Plan A but the newest album just never grew on me. I do agree that At Transformation is an amazing song and one of their best.

Maybe I Have Always Been A Phony, And I've Just Been Good At Hiding It.

from 2003 21st century living live shows. I have a few of these on cd where he uses these quotes. I recently tweeted Matt asking him for the lyrics to this song from Hamilton 2003. -
Matt, I think the idea of releasing full shows is perfect for all of your fans. However I may differ from everyone else. I have to ask if this is something possible for your current tour? I have loved everything on Live road and on youtube and honestly think you have never sounded better. The band is on fire, the new songs are amazing and I would love to hear some full shows released with full band. I wouldnt even mind quality, I have a ton of your 2000,2001 shows that aren't the best qualiy but I love hearing them because it's literally all thats available. Acoustic shows would be great to hear and Id even donate $ to see i happen, but for some reason and maybe it's just due to acoustics it seems like more of your acoustic shows have been recorded and released when compared to full band material. Whatever you decide to do will be great and I applaud you for staying with your family. Family is the number one thing.

I haven't seen any full shows pop up and this is a shame. Matt and the band sound amazing. Everything I have heard via live road is phenomenal and I am shocked no full shows are out there. Has anyone else been able to find any full shows. I wish Matt would put full shows up at the end of the tour. Maybe even sell them and donate half the money to a charity of his choosing or hell he could keep 100% of the profit he deserves it. Plus the money could help recover funds from the show he had to cancel. Any thoughts on this matter?

the whole Brockville show is up on youtube in HD video. Is there anyone who can rip the audio and upload it by chance? Thanks in advance.

I love Matt closing with guns because he's "done what you paid him for" and now he can leave. See it has a double meaning! I love Matt closing with guns because he's "done what you paid him for" and now he can leave. See it has a double meaning!

I think this sounds great and is an awesome idea. I feel like Matt is slighting himself though by not charging for these. I will say as an American fan that I cannot thank him enough for doing this and it leaves me waiting to hear more. Great work by Matt and the band as well as everyone involved with Live Road.

I was younger when Beautiful Midnight came out maybe 16 or so? (1999 right) and didn't get it til I was 18 and oddly enough only became a Matt Good fan because he was feuding with one of my favorite bands Our Lady Peace. I instantly fell in love with MGB and my father even went to Canada to buy me Matt's book and Audio Of Being. I just could't and still can't believe how these albums weren't bigger in the US. I lived 5 hrs from Canada and people still weren't familiar with Matt's work. I would later purchase Underdogs at a Media Play for $30 as an import. It's funny though because everytime I play a Matt Good or MGB song people ask "who is that" or say "this is great". I strongly feel if given the air play this album could get Matt noticed here in the states. I just worry that Matt has given up on trying to break out in the states. Either way this is an amazing piece of work and for those lucky enough to hear these songs live I am envious. thank you Matt.

I'm only 30 and I can't stand what the radio has done to bands that used to be great. Listen to 30 seconds to mars 1st cd and listen to them now. Best example I can think of at the moment.
-
I was starting to think I am getting old. Everything on the radio sounds the same, boring sequences over and over really doing nothing for me. Then I listen to these tracks and it gives me hope. I know living in the States it's unlikely I will hear these songs on the radio, but it does make me smile to know that people still are making great music. Incidently this may be Matt's greatest solo accomplishment. Amazing, great work.

il have to check but I know I have the demos and the following 03 shows 4-11 Toronto, 4-12 Hamilton, 4-19 Vancouver, 7-16 Saint catherines, 8-22 Ottawa I thought I had more but I know for sure I have these ones. I don't think Matt has archives of his live shows as he once asked fans to email him with their bootlegs and non sounded good enough to release (if I recall correctly)
-
I am guessing it will be on youtube within a day or two with the amount of people who have access to this on tv we should get perfect quality videos some probably ripped to audio as well. Hoping for a great setlist
-
Do you happen to have the whole show from this? Or the setlist? I thought I had this show but don't remember seeing raygun. I could have swore Raygun was on the Mel Lastman square show along with Look happy it's the end of the world

come down to pittsburgh for the pearl jam show friday (1st show of tour) then see matt saturday. I am actually going to both Pearl Jam shows (or trying to) as they tour a lot less than matt and I hope to see Matt in Hamilton as well worse case scenario. On another note: Is anyone recording any of these MG shows?
-
I do have this. at this point I am taking offers. or trades for any mgb shirts size L or XL. thank you.
-
I have a bunch of these on cd's I found some of them. It would be great if we had a place or server to upload all of our shows for the people that can't get them. I used to use the old FTP server back in the day and have all of those old shows. Sadly the quality on anything pre 2002 is terrible.(minus radio shows and tv specials of course)
-
I wasn't going to part with this but figured since I didn't really read it anymore maybe someone out there would be interested. Taking offers. Book in great condition. Would be shipping from the US. Thank you.
-
I've got about 5-6 different versions of the song from the 03 tour. will I post them? Maybe. Reading this post and seeing how lazy people can be about searching youtube has made me extremely lazy too.

he was a prick wonder if he's stll around or on here even?
