I personally am not going but know a few who are. Looks like fun

Killer setlist last night. Great mix of BM and HM songs.

I think this is going to be interesting. A lot of the backstory and drama and suspense may outshine the fight itself. Would I like to see Connor win? Sure. I don't think if the fight is legit (not fixed) that he can beat Floyd at his own game though. People forget how Connor got his start by boxing so it wouldn't surprise me if he holds his own. Anyone but Floyd I would easily pick Connor but there is a reason Mayweather is the best in the world at what he does.

I was wrong per Matt's site in the May 26 update it says Matt and his band.
-
I heard acoustic unless something changed.

Tomm's show is being postponed due to minor complications to a surgery that Matt just had in his hotel. Bad news but I hope Matt is ok.

cannot stand Alert Status Red or Born Losers. Both are played wayyy too much live and all too often both played at the same show. Those are my only two complaints and I wish they would both get "the english f" off of future setlists :)

Acoustic My Out Of Style to be played in Kelowna. Hope someone tapes this rarity!!

Yeah the Dale thing was pretty random lol. He also opened for Pearl Jam. I believe it was in Calgary. I agree though if you are mentioning Crash Test Dummies you have to mention MGB. Hell I would also include IME and Econoline Crush. Sloan and Tea Party too. Growing up in NY I would often hear about these bands and would later fall in love with them and seek out any live shows, demo's, b sides I could get my hands on. The 90's were huge for Canadian Alt-Rock. I always like to hear from Canadian's what they think of the bands I listed. I know what we hear about them in the states but how big were Econoline Crush in Canada? Same with IME and the Headstones? I'd love opinions on these bands. Treble Charger also.

Chris Cornell is dead!

I say this not as a cruel joke but in 100% honesty. My favorite soundgarden song was always "pretty noose" I will never be able to hear the song again. Such an amazing talent. He also had a foundation for homeless, abused, and neglected children as well that he ran with his wife. Very sad day in music. It's odd that Eddie Vedder, Jerry Cantrell, Billy ,and Dave Grohl are really the only grunge legends left. I just wish that people felt they had someone to talk to instead of taking their own life. Life is hard especially in 2017 but trust me when I say it can't rain all the time. -
It will be strange days when matt gets them loaded up with an avalanche of merlot and sends them running for home.

Bad guys win demo Matt did not want anyone to rip. The rest of it I have and can upload with the exception of the M+ stuff. That was all stuff that Matt had on his pay site back in the day. If he or Anton give permission I can upload them.

I didn't hear about that OLP tour? I just know of the mini one with Tonic and Collective Soul

Matt never ceases to amaze me. I prefer the album over the demo version. Both are great and I am anxious to hear this song live. Very nice treat to hear.

What Videogame(s) Are You Playing Right Now?
foats replied to Moonlight_Graham's topic in Tech Section: A Hard Drive at Risk
I picked up a 2 TB HD for the Xbox one and have been on a gaming spree. The Xbox store recently had 6 Resident Evil remastered games for $50. I jumped on that and picked up Resident Evil 7 also. Very cool game that I will admit made me jump out of my chair more than once. -
I'm going to the Pittsburgh show. Looking forward to it. Saw APC live and they were incredible. Tool should be just as great plus you get the visual spectacle

Remember Otto Bontempo? I would chat with him over MSN messenger back in 2001. Those were the days

One of my favorite MG shows was a solo acoustic show at club cafe in Pittsburgh. Maybe 20 people tops. I had a table seat with nobody in front of me and Matt was singing like 8 ft from me. Was a great show and setlist. Ended up meeting Matt on the bus after. Sadly he hasn't been to Pittsburgh since. The radio stations here did no promotion at all which lead to the small crowd.

I think one of the hidden treasurers has been Advertising on Police Cars. Stu's added parts to the song are really standing out to me.

I listened to another bootleg today on my way to a funeral actually and it definitely sounds like Matt's voice. I really like how the songs have new life in them as it's no longer Matthew Good Band it's simply Matt. Part of me wonders if this is how Matt would have performed the original album and the other part of me wonders how much influence Stu and the guys may have had. It really is fascinating to hear though. His name is Peter Fusco but his friends call him Pete

Jennie how's it going? I am also a Pittsburgh MG fan welcome back!

Matt tweeted that he was in the hospital earlier today. Hope all is well. #prayersformg

So if you are listening to jimmy eat world here are some must songs Hear you me- listen to the actual lyrics. It's a song you will sometimes here at funerals. It's a tribute to Mykel and Karli (weezers original fan club president's) 23 - Amazing song off of the futures album Sweetness- Huge radio hit. Catchy song especially in the summer. Authority song- Again catchy tune. Get It Faster- when they do this live the energy is off the charts. If you guys like Weezer Stvlegend can vouch for me I have probably 300 live weezer shows. They are one of my favorite bands and their newest album (the white album) is incredible. Cool weezer story, they were playing in Virginia Beach while I was there visiting my brother. My family went to a mini carnival on the strip and I saw a guy with a weezer VIP lanyard on. I went over and said hi. Turns out he was there with River's wife and kids as well as Scott's wife. They were the nicest people and my 5 yr old actually rode bumper cars with River's kids!! Again if anyone wants any weezer soundboard live stuff feel free to hit me up. If it's taped I have it. They still pull off a great live show!

If you guys like incubus I'm not sure if you knew but right around 2011 when they put out the "If Not Now When" album they did a thing where they played something to the effect of 5 consecutive days live. Day 1 was morning view, Day 2 was Make Yourself, Day 3 and 4 were mixes of all the albums, and Day 5 was If Not now when" I have full pro shot video of all 5 days and audio. Also the band did a subscription site where you would get live shows from the 2011/2012 tour. If anyone is interested I also have all of those. I went to a couple shows and Incubus definitely puts out a great live show. Youtube Incubus HQ and you can see what I mean. I also have a huge Jimmy. Err I mean huge Jimmy Eat World collection. There used to be a site called simple discourse that had every recorded show available for free plus demos. I can hook anyone up who's interested. I would 100% go to this show if you are able to. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The lyrics of Decades are on the main page and there are a few versions of the song over in the recording/bootleg area. Matt said it would be the only new song played during the tour I believe.
