  1. Is drunk and (presumably) alone on Valentine's Day, which makes me want to give him a man hug.
  2. Hey at least Johnny Cash is already dead so he can't cover any more NIN songs, amirite? Tact: pass it on.
  3. My V-Day stress isn't related to the nature of the holiday itself--just the way it seems to affect all the other people in my life.
  4. I'm just staving off boredom, anyway. Listen to whatever helps you stay happy.
  5. why are you here? For the backpatting.
  6. Her stock just rose. "Call me sometime, we'll have lunch--if I'm lucky."
  7. To the GMT -5 or less--we made it! ;)
  8. I don't think music ages just as gracefully as literature, but I'll concede your point. Nonetheless, you still recognize that there's a gap between modern revelance and "giving it a few spins here and there", right?
  9. Seems genuinely friendly. Let's turn that respect into something fun.

  14. That every decade is equally destined for obsolescence, until enough time has passed that people view 90's music as a quaint page in the history books--like the way most people view 50's music now.
  15. Arguing this is like telling someone they have the wrong name. I'm not saying I agree with them--just that it's a meaningless label that they and countless other bands have adopted.
  16. I have attempted to explain this to all my friends--it's not fashionable to be called emo anymore. The term is "indie." Hawthorne Heights even call themselves indie now. INDIE IS WAY DIFFERENT Ha...ha?
  17. The Bored amazes me, every thread is either pure mutual backpatting or complete vitriol.
  18. 10/10 for absolute symmetry.
  19. Haha, not at all. I've given no indication of that whatsoever.
  20. Do you really want to be the type of "golden ager" who sincerely clings to the culture of his youth as history's greatest? I am.
  21. How? Please take into consideration grunge and boy bands.
