i'm sure that's true if you're focusing solely on the people who are actually still willing to pay for their entertainment when it's available for free. this is the first i've heard of netflix and blockbuster hasn't seen my face in a long time. i find it hard to believe that i'm part of the minority in this situation.

I got a few random things like candles, slipper boots, books, candy, etc. but mostly money to help fund my trip! It has been excellent so far and tomorrow we leave to spend several days in a chalet that has a spa in it! Fun fun!

I Still Remember - Bloc Party

I'm with you on this one for sure, I just downloaded it recently and am loving it. I can't really think of much for 2008 aside from a local band that released a great album, Made Upwards by Grand Theft Bus. Oh, also Nada Surf released Weightless which is pretty great.

I was about to give constructive criticism, but I ended up just trying was I was thinking, so I figure I may as well post it to add to my my description. This is what I would have done with your layout: Typeface: Helvetica (the one you used reminds me of comic sans, which is something you'd want to stay away from in most cases) Used a night scene instead of day and adjusted the reflection a bit, then added a few details. Not a huge change, but the mood is totally different.

I actually really enjoy how the ends leaving you wondering, I think it fits the story very well.
