i did an identical project for my writer's craft class in high school. a lot of people used songs with swear words. depending on the teacher, most won't care. i had a really cool teacher (he's the inspiration for me going back to school to become an english teacher). we had to supply a copy of the lyrics for everyone, and in that case i would suggest possibly putting f*** for the sake of reading, but as far as listening, something tells me everyone in your class has used the word before. wouldn't worry about it much.

the crispy crunch shot is the first thing that came to mind when i opened this post! it consists of equal parts creme de cacao and frangelico. we polished off a 26er of each of those for those shots one night before heading to the bar between about 4 of us. a delicious way to start the evening! and to the girl who said raspberry sourpuss and sprite, excellent call. delicious drink. that stuff never seems to get me drunk though. a delicious martini that isn't as booze-y as some martinis is an oatmeal cookie. but for the life of me i can't recall what's in it. i think it's like kahlua and creme de cacao with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. malibu and pineapple juice is also delicious!

i know there's been talk of dallas green on the bored before. i found out this morning that dallas green, dashboard confessional, say anything, and john ralston are playing shows together. there was a presale that started today at 1pm at http://dashboard.ducatking.com/ for those interested. just thought i'd mention it! i got my tickets. pretty pumped. been wanting to see both dashboard and dallas for a while now.

I saw The Benchwarmers on the weekend. No plot line, but I enjoyed the stupid humour. Executive Produced by Adam Sandler, but no cameo by him. I was quite disappointed by that. Seems like a good movie to get baked and then go watch.

nova dashboard is an excellent song. like i said, haven't taken a listen much to the album, but when he plays acoustic, he's phenomenal. at the pub he plays some of his stuff, but mostly covers.

I haven't given a good listen to the CD, but he plays a lot with this guy Jerry at a local pub here in Burlington. He's developed quite a following there. Sounds excellent live. They just play acoustic there and it's always phenomenal.

He played Prime Time at the Toronto show and it was amazing. That was one of the songs I had wanted him to play. He also played Tripoli which made me quite happy. Whispering in the Dark would also be amazing. joeposh - i also agree with you. great song. needs a full band though. I would absolutely lovelovelove to hear him with a full band playing While We Were Hunting Rabbits and Near Fantastica.

i found a green p parking lot and we were super early (6pm) so i got parking no problem. you guys weren't kidding, it is hellish trying to find parking around there. did anyone happen to see some guy in matt's crew completely bail outside on the sidewalk? he slipped on some metal grate and did a full flip. entertaining, but it probably hurt haha. what did everyone think of the show??
