  1. Iron Man was fantastic. I bought Teeth. It isn't great, but it's entertaining, and pretty hilarious, considering all the male genital mutilation that occurs.
  2. Wait. There was humor in that?
  3. Knowing the length of Matt's sets, it'd have to be like... 4 discs ;)
  4. I agree, it is pretty sweet that it could happen.
  5. Number 1: your thread title is misleading Number 2: it is on the front page and has been for like 6 hours
  6. Totally trumps my story about asking him to play Protest Song and having him remember to do it!
  7. One of my ex's did an INCREDIBLE a capella version of "No Rain" that still gives me chills thinking about it 3 years later. Also, the new Blind Melon album with their new singer, Travis Warren, picks up right where they left off before Shannon Hoon died. It is a very very very good record.
  8. I just got a macbook pro. <3
  9. No one forced you to look!
  10. Pi Requiem for a Dream Hurray for dvd packages.
  11. Meg, you are weak I say. WEAAAAAAAAAAAK WEAK!
  12. Updated list, spoiler tagged because Meg is WEAK: SPOILER (Highlight to View) Full Band Giant Born Losers Black Helicopter Odette It
  13. I am curious as to the lack of 99% of Us is Failure. In regards to Suburbia, I would have loved to have seen Matt use the acoustic versions guitar, but flesh it out with the full band, but I think with the lap steel it'll be neat.
  14. Full Band Giant Born Losers Black Helicopter Odette It
  15. That rabbit takes so much shit in that film, it's unreal!
  16. Movies I've bought over the last week and a bit Planet Terror Death Proof Die Hard Die Hard 2 Die Hard With a Vengeance Live Free or Die Hard Seven Goodfellas The Thin Red Line
  17. Once I GET a mac I can record some bass. I should get my moogerfooger too one of these days.
  18. I think I am going to agree with this, though it also sounds like "too many legs". Something like that.
  19. The last verse is definitely new.
  20. Hurray for leaving tabs open, made a couple adjustments in the third verse upon listening again:
  21. Quick stab at lyrics: What will you find, where will you be? When you gotta trade for company Those plastic guns and infantry For a silent army in the trees Well, this ain't the woods behind the house There ain't nobody screaming out For you to come inside and eat You're just holding your friends and watching them bleed Wore camouflage on Halloween A plastic bag, an M16 Door to door and house to house There ain't nobody handing it out Yeah, nothing's ever what it seems When you're kicking in teeth and wishing in dreams Just plastic guns and infantry for a silent army in the trees Baby, don't you let me down A world away and still somehow I can't shake the feeling that you're out With another man's arms wrapped tight around you At night it's cold, we sit and freeze Running red lights in our humvees Never thought I'd live to see the day I'd be Afraid of little kids playing in the street Well, this ain't the woods behind the house There ain't nobody screaming out For you to come inside and eat You're just holding your friends and watching them bleed I'm on fire, but all ice on the outside That old man in the sky, well, he's all ice on the outside A million wail out in the streets We watch the stage, but burn the seats Too many lanes to get along, we ain't got much without one to stand on Sometimes at night, I hear it roll A hundred cars long pulling out slow Like the engineers inside my head Cold and dark like the side of the bed Yeah, nothing's ever what it seems, and even if it is ends justify means With plastic guns and infantry for a silent army in the trees And I'm on fire, but all ice on the outside That old man in the sky, well, he's all ice on the outside
  22. It's pretty sweet.
  23. Last movie I watched was Captivity. Elisha Cuthbert is hot and that's all there really is to say about the movie.
