During MG's first acoustic tour, I got tickets for myself, my friend Dani and this girl I was kinda seeing, Nikki. Well, apparently Nikki decided she didn't wanna see me any more, and wasn't responding to my texts or phone calls. So waiting for doors to open at the show, I call Melissa to see if she'd maybe wanna take that extra ticket off my hands. She was at the show within half an hour AND she gave me a ride home.

My friend Melissa may be interested in joining, if you're all okay with a non-NFer joining.

I've only worked two jobs- once was a cashier/supervisor at a grocery store, and the job I work now, as a 411/0/relay operator. I'd have to say this job is the worse of the two. Lots of internal strife within the department and the way some things are going, and the job itself is mindnumbing, boring, repetitive and at times, very very thankless. If there weren't good oppurtunities to move forward in the company, I'd probably be gone by now.

I'm no good at fighting games, I just mash. It'll make play strip Soul Calibur with the lady interesting, that's for sure.

I've been thinking a lot about this statement the last couple of days. Personally, I like the strings. They certainly don't detract from the songs at all, and for the most part they add a softer dimension to the song, which works well with a song like On Nights Like Tonight. For me, the only thing I can see a problem with is playing the songs live- does Matt use a recorded track (like with Weapon, and yes, I am back to italicizing song titles) and play over top of that, though, with the middle of Empty's Theme Park, that wouldn't be the most exciting thing to watch if the band is just standing around, or will the strings be dropped entirely, which could possibly take away from the songs?

That game, and Zelda: A Link to the Past, make me suffer from HORRIBLE gamer rage.

The only game my girlfriend really plays is Mario Kart on the Wii, but that's okay because I can still win, and really, that's what's important to me. ;)
