In regards to teaching my kids, well: "Insert Tab A into Slot B."

Never asked, never had "the talk", seeing as we were taught about that stuff in grade school.

Is not a robot overlord. As far as I know. -
You could also experience it if you've dreamt something and then encounter a very similar situation in your life. I get this a lot.

Some American callers looking for Canadian 411 listings are hilarious and stupid: "What city and province please?" "Ontario, Canada." "What city in Ontario?" "Uh... Ontario, Canada?" "I still need to know what city." "I thought Ontario WAS the city." And a dad to his daughter at Petland: "Look at these gigantic hamsters!"- He was looking at guinea pigs.

Watched My Neighbor Totoro with Shay the other night. Twas good- I wish I had a Totoro. Watched Funny Games US today. The breaking of the third wall one of the characters did was pretty amusing, and Tim Roth is a fantastic and underrated actor IMO.

Once I can afford to get a USB recording input for my Mac, I will start recording some instrumental stuff. -
Three full days, with no sleep, and the only sustenance coming from Carnation Instant Breakfast, Red Bull and Juicy Fruit.

Matt produced HM on his own, so I imagine he'll do the same with this album. Warne's also set up his own studio on Vancouver Island, and Matt seems to really enjoy working at the Warehouse, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

After reading through the new bio on MG's site, it mentions that the new album is set to be recorded in December: Very last paragraph. mod-edit: That link is gone now but at least you can now pre-order Vancouver!

This is a combination of stuff from my old desktop PC (like first song purchase) and from when I got my MacBook in... Appril or May and started using it exclusively. 1. Don't remember 2. Annabelle by MG 3. Live at Massey by MG 4. Most plays: Sort of a Protest Song 195, lots that have no plays since I switched to the Mac 5. None 6. Most of Taking Back Sunday's second album 7. Sort of a Protest Song (195), A Single Explosion (141), Suburbia (107), The Workers Sing a Song of Mass Production (95), 99% of Us is Failure (93) 8. None, don't care enough. 9. 260 10. I am a huge fan of playlists, so I have playlists for each artist, with their albums in chronological order, and for the main music page in iTunes 8, I've gone with the artist view.

Depending on string gauge, truss rod adjustments may be needed so your neck isn't fucked

The one thing that really bugs me about this album is how almost every song has an instrumental outro that could be about 30 seconds to a minute shorter. -

It's just a different take on the song, a la Gary Jules covering "Mad World".
