Really? if I had to only drive an hour or two I might go, even if faced with the prospect of sitting down like some 45 year old man at a billy joel concert. Not driving 5 hours to TO to do it. Wow you want to fly to Toronto and then drive 2-3 hours to see MG play! you sir are a viking! I would suggest trying to rework your schedule and spend time in TO and see MG play there. I'd hate to have come across the world, and get to TO and then it be snowing, and have to spend a ton of time plodding around southern ontario!

meh, slow moving to a fault. good, better than the average movie, but nothing super exciting a wait for dvd. 7/10

I just watched 2 seasons work of true blood from showtime. anyone watch this? I actually really liked it after a couple of episodes. It's kinda like watching the bravo network make a vampire show, with a ton of boobs. It Teador on the edge of being melodramatic, but never fell, and I like the characters tons. working up the time to watch the caprica/movie pilot. 1st episode of law and order was tonight...meh so bad.......

You're just saying the same stuff your parents thought when they heard your music : ) The stuff you grew up with has faded out, sure there are some alt rock/grunge bands still kicking around but not like then. Plus you associate a lot of fond childhood stuff from "golden" years to that music. I don't like most of the stuff on the radio these days in any capacity, either. Luckily there is the internet.

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question but, has MG been playing sit down shows the last couple of years? Does that effect anyone's enjoyment of the show? He's not iron madien or anything but seeing a concert sitting down seems dull. The few times i've seen him were GA shows, and great.

it's the same people as fam guy I believe...It's pretty lame imo. family guy is the best by a mile, simpsons and south park were good when I was younger but they just don't do it for me anymore. Family guy for whatever reason remains funny consistently. Aqua teen hunger force is definitely #2

I've been watching pieces here and there and damn...conan's been really good...his interview have been pretty blah but the monologues have been funny, and the skits he's been doing have been FANTASTIC.

I caught most of conan today, it was funny, very funny actually pretty surprised. There were a TON of commercials, it made it hard to watch.

some of them from the last time were great. i'd love to help out but i have no equipment...can I sing into my phone and send it to ya? or my rock band mic? I would love to contribute ! I definitely agree beau midnight is a life changer...I didn't find it until like 2001ish but it still was very important.

t4 - too over the top, lacking any sort of logic or plot. tension was also absent. Why would a terminator throw a human outside of for movie effect? It's definitely watchable but compared to the other two...meh. the first 2 films were great, tension, action, plot, logical for the most part. Suspension of disbelief wasn't there like the first two either. *3rd one eh...not talking about it : )

none, conan's usually the funniest but none of them are funny enough for me to consciously tune in regularly. Ferguson in particular is boring. Leno and Letterman have some funny bits but nothing so mind blowing you gotta tune in. The interview portions of the programs are totally lame too.

hackers had months of one liners it's awesome. Plus angelina was just totally totally smoking in that movie. When she flashes crash override, I jumped out of the seat at the theater. Yes i'm old enough to have seen it in the theater, incidentally I saw it in the theater the blob was filmed in : ) She looks FINE in gia but less punky it was a big disappointing. Now if you want to see her at the height of awesome. Foxfire!!!

more like since they drafted roenick when I was like 6 and had to listen to a radio feed at night on am1000...Also was a big fan of Eric Daze as a teenager, and the many many leans years between playoff runs. The GM sure looks smart with them in the conference finals. I sure as heck didn't think they'd make it this far, and the 12 million in goal!?!?! utter stupidity, but it's worked out very well for this season anyway.

russian circles is cool. Pelican is pretty good but it's idk repetitive in a bad way. Russian circles is like a hard rock/metal/whatever symphony, they are really great at changing the tempo and mood. Pelican kinda sounds just like jamming w/o words. Which is great too.. I'm gonna check out the other two bands. godspeed or explosions are maybe similar in concept, but they are much much more mellow. and godspeed is very experimental sounding, much more like mogwai than Mr. circles.

Pittsburgh, the city, and the team are pretty lame. I was bummed they beat the flyers, and SNJ has about as much to do with the Devils as Toronto to the Habs. I'm a hawks fan have been since I was a little kid. Sorry greasy bob and the nucks crashed : (
