I'm listening to that interview right now from the In A Coma radio show on the CFOX. Very interesting as hell (especially his insight on the MGB break-up) but one problem: Matt Good has his acoustic guitar out and he was just going to play Tripoli until...IT GETS CUT. I'm sure there's more that going to come up. I know I can hear these songs acoustically on In A Coma but obviously, these versions are going to be different. Just wanted to say. Now I just heard Oh Be Joyful acoustically (that would be nice to get my hands on that), alongside alternative versions of Strange Days & X-Wing.

There's nothing to "grow onto" with White Light. It doesn't take any patience with listening to the album. It's a straight forward rock and roll album and that to me, is a complete waste of his potential.

really. that's very interesting. the album is so stripped down and raw, i would think it would require too much listening. never tried it though. looks like all of you wlrrr non-fans have some homework tonight! There's nothing "stripped down" and "raw" about White Light. white light is probly his most stripped down... so raw and energetic I beg to differ.
