you said "including applicable taxes". taxes don't apply for resale/2nd hand items like this. the original purchaser is responsible for paying "applicable taxes". BUT.... i know well enough that you want to recoup the money you spent, however, you worded it wrong and now i'm riding your ass for it.

exactly. matt wrote the music and the words, so as long as the players have some kind of talent and musicality who gives a fuck who puts the shit into the amp. it would be different if the new guys were contributing to the progress of the 'band' (kinda like the ryan dahle matt good experiment) but they aren't.
