How Do I....
RicardoObviouso replied to RicardoObviouso's topic in Tech Section: A Hard Drive at Risk
i have gmail... what about it? i talked to someone who told me the following: file > import and export choose an action to perform: >export to a file create a file of type: >personal folder file (.pst) select a folder to export from: >personal folders >check "include subfolders" box save exported file as: (options:) (((* is option i selected))) -replace duplicates with items exported *allow duplicate items to be created -do not export duplicate items so this all worked fine, i saved it to the harddrive then copied it to my memory stick. then i took the memory stick to the new laptop and went to import, but i cant seem to find an option to import... on new computer:::: file -> import (((* is option i selected))) address book... other address book... *messages... mail account settings... news account settings... menu reads: Select an email program to import from: eudora Pro or Light (through 3.0) Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Internet Mail (32bit Version) Microsoft Internet Mail For Windows 3.1 Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Outlook Express 4 Microsoft Outlook Express 6 Microsoft Windows Messaging Netscape Communicator Netscape Mail (v2 or v3) i tried clicking on Microsoft Outlook, but it asked me to import from the MS Outlook that is already on the computer... i need to import from the file on the memory stick. so close yet so far away. help is appreciated. -

Openoffice 2.4 Vs Office 2003

PERFECT! thank you. jesus are those things ever annoying. -
releasing a single episode compared to filming and editing a feature film are two completely different feats. i guess the depth of the budget depends on what you consider to be 'low'... for example, they used teamsters for transportation... they cost more because they are unionized, yet are only mandatory if the films total budget is over $10m. so let's assume the budget was more than $10m. would you consider that low?

i came to the site, a message popped up at the top of the page, then before i could read it, explorer shut down. is that ok or is this computer fuckered?

musicians gets pennies when their songs are played on the radio... or even when they sell an album for that matter.

holy fuck, filming just wrapped on this show like a month ago. thats crazy.

unless they accept a lump sum buyout that is almost always offered by networks before shows go into syndication... regardless, dlite was talking about a feature film.

i can almost guarantee you that his residual amount claim is an exaggeration, as is your choice of wording with regards to his role. cameo - 'single scene, big name'. if his role was in fact one scene, he would have been paid rack rate ($600 or something... if he's a sag member). if he was a big name, he would have been paid more... but regardless, his residual should be something in the neighbourhood of $250-$400. unless his name is zac penn or bryan singer.

forget about the comparison of blown leads... the fact that they lost wih 9 seconds, or more importantly, that san jose won is what will drive the sharks to perform on a much higher level in the next game.... their energy will be huge. cloud nine type stuff. calgary had 10 shots. they will be angry and looking to redeem themselves while the sharks will be riding a wave of positive energy and testosterone. thats trouble, and that's what puts calgary in the middle of a shit storm. -

no no, at the end of the game, rivet was standing at the bench door as the sharks went off the ice into the room. he was congratulating them all in his humourous little ways. -

i applaud avery for trying something new... it's the playoffs and you have to do what you can to throw your opponents off their game. i watched the last 10 minutes of the flames game last night from my hotel room. as much as i would like to see the flames go far, seeing thornton and rivet all pumped up after the gwg definitely makes you excited for them. -

1. Federal Income Tax 2. not everything is taxable, but in BC the pst is 7% and GST is 5% 3. Insurance rates in BC are based on a number of variables; cylinders (power), manufacturer, theft rate, your driving record, vehicle type. license plate fees are the same cost across the board. 4. all revenue and tax services are done through a federal branch, so you only need to report to one agency (CRA).
