I used to think My Chemical Romance sucked teh ballz But after watching their new music video....i really don't know. That is the only war themed music video to date that i thought was amazing. As for Devon: he's just a douche because he acts like a douche. i could care less about his clothes or hair or whatever. He's just too dorky for that kind of job. HOWEVER he has a f'in amazing/extensive knowledge of all music. And he gets my respect for that.

Angels and Demons seemed too much like a movie. it was well done and all and i found it entertaining, but it would make a much better script. I havent read any of Brown's other books, so i couldn't say whether he'd overall make a better scriptwriter. But that particular book was very hollywood.

I heard about the British thing. That really wouldn't hinder/limit their choice of young actors/actresses very much. But the likeness thing is certainly pushing it. Especially seeing as how hollywood magic can practically make you look like anyone. And by hollywood magic i mean hair dye.

I think the point they're trying to make here is, what's the point of shelling out 5 extra bucks for it if you aren't going to be able to sell it for twice the price 10 years later on eBay?

Dude their one hit wonder show is a joke. "Coming up next a band that COULD have been a one hit wonder. And after the break we'll show you a band that had one hit ALBUM and then retreated from the scene" In my opinion the Bloodhound Gang is the ultimate juvenile satire in the same way as Dude, Where's My Car? With that said, as satires often do, the Bloodhoung Gang get old incredibly quickly. Their new video sucks entirley because they got Bam Margera to be in it. And words cannot describe how much i hate him

care to explain what happened here Me and my friend one day were headed off to the Ottawa Ex one day to catch the MG concert and thus had to take the bus down. Before we went I grabbed 2 bus tickets that were left on the dinner table and weren't being put to good use. First my friend steps on the bus and puts in a bunch of money and walks on, but the bus driver yells at him to come back. He's missing a measly quarter. Fair mistake. So he puts in a quarter and walks down the bus. I put in the tickets and proceed to follow him. Suddenly he calls ME back. At this point i just figured he was an asshole. But apparently the tickets i had were no longer accepted. But the main concern was that the price/design was only printed on one side (as opposed to both). The guy says i'm using counterfeit tickets, tells me to wait on the bus, and calls the OC Transpo police. So we wait about 30 minutes for them to show up. And then i end up having an hour - 2 hour conversation with them, explaining where/when i got the tickets, where i was going, etc... The conversation was made 10x longer because the cop had an INCREDIBLY thick french accent that i couldn't understand. I had to look at my friend to see if he understood any of it, and most of the time he just shrugged. So after an hour of questioning (and talking to my parents) they decide that i'm telling the truth and let me go. Luckily we had left early enough to have some spare time before the show and still managed to make it there on time. As karma would have it we ended up getting free tickets to the concert by (coincidentally, given recent circumstances) THE BEAR as sort of a promotion. You could still buy the tickets in this case. We just got lucky. And THAT is the story.

If i had to choose between life and having a choice, i would get really confused. Because if i choosed "choice" then i would die. But if i chose "life" then i would be creating a pardoxical realm of logic because i chose something despite the workings of the fictional universe's laws that state i cannot live and choose at the same time. Unless of course that choice wasnt really a choice at all, and that i was going to choose life the entire time and the the Oracle made those cookies just for me. ....my head hurts. Who put the ram in the ram-alama-ding-dong?

....what the hell? North American for Life was probably the best improvement on the entire disc. My hate goes on to Apparitions and Strange Days which didn't sound any different. But really i loved the whole disc, so i didnt vote.

-Tim Burton rules. -Movies deserve to be downloaded when they have unnecessary budgets (i.e. shelling out a few million to get a certain star.) -I don't give a crap about stealing money from that stuntman. He can consider it payback for stealing 5 minutes of my time before every movie i watch in theatres. -I haven't seen this particular movie yet, and i probably wont until i can rent it. -It still looks good

You know that Green Day song isn't all that bad given their history of musical degridation. It's relativly anthematic like "Time of your life" Note: This isn't a good thing. Every moment of nostalgia i have has been corrupted by this song. It has been played at my middle school grad, my high school grad, my prom, my best friend's funeral and my sister's wedding.

I can't really get into The Shins. They're one of those bands that you WANT to like but still dont. Their lyrics are good, i just can't dig their sound.

My friend sent me two of their songs "Back to Boston" and "What can I do?" I loved both of them but wasn't able to find any more of their tracks online and the cd stores i frequent didnt carry anything by them. I haven't heard of National, but i don't really think they're anything like The Shins. But i will concede that they are awesomer. P.S. The friend who sent me the two songs was correct in saying that "What can I do?" is like the ideal song to skip to or walk down a street to in some anti-climatic movie scene.
