o_o Whoa. I need thems. Damnit, now my MG collection feels incomplete...

>_> If you're ever around on MSN, let me know... otherwise, I'll look out for it.

When did these songs appear? The lyrics look awesome. Does anyone have information or even MP3s of them? Thanks...

None of their songs have Spanish names. And yes, both of those are albums. Industrial Silence is probably best to start with. It's rock music, but it's very different to anything else I've ever heard. Crusader: Will do. Thanks. Danimal: Indeed.

They're popular in Norway, and some of central Europe... not really heard of outside of there, I guess. I found out about them talking to a friend online. Yeah, I had some idea of what the word meant, but it's nice to get a description of it like that.

Maybe Aimee Mann? She's absolutely awesome. Her style is different, but she's amazing anyway. I agree with Holly McNarland too, though...

Here in England, there's not too much gun crime, thankfully. Stricter laws and stuff, I guess. But Alert Status Red still applies in many ways to our way of life.

Wow. Have fun, although I don't even need to say that.

I have no idea if anybody else has them figured out, but I decided to copy out the letters to 'Pat', and try and decipher their meanings. Here we go: 1. Pat, Couldn't sleep again last night. It's been like that lately, don't know why really. Haven't really been bothered by it for a while, so it's back to the ceiling watch and the numbers and the remembrances of fates I've lost. Why do I do that do you suppose? Just like I think of you. 2. Pat, There's no way to know where to go from here. It seems to me I've been thinking about it all these years you've been gone, like there was some big mystery out there coming for me. But the longer I sit here and wait for it the more I realise that it's never going to be the same. That it was up to me to go and dispel the myth of it myself, that having realised that, it's like my feet are stuck in cement and I can't move. You know Chris has kids now, a boy and a girl and you'd love them. Fairer than we were when we were little. I look at them and think that maybe Chris had it figured out a long time ago. That he went searching and figured out that there's just some old man behind a curtain pulling ropes and levers. Sometimes I want to ask him about it, but I can't bring myself to do it. What would he think I wonder? Who would be the failure then?

You get idiots in every concert... sadly, we have to deal with them. I tend to ignore them if they don't start messing up the band playing or my friends. Still, though... morons.

Personally, I can't stand TV. It washes over me, and I don't watch it if I can help it. My mind needs to be engaged. The only things I watch are the news, and sometimes films. ... I might watch more if Futurama was still on. And I would probably watch music channels if they constantly aired MG/B videos, and such.

Starship Troopers was a little too simplistic for me. Nice explosions and all, but I really need some kind of decent story other than killing aliens.

'We used to roll around on the floor Get some Chinese delivered Listen to Led Zeppelin IV It's been a while since I was your man' And the entire of Blue Skies Over Bad Lands.

Damn living in England! I need some shirts.

The Man From Harold Wood is amazing. The Intermezzo on Loser Anthems is just funny, though.
-
Coyote Ugly. ... Bah.

I'm guessing not many people have heard of these guys. They're Norwegian, and they sound unlike anything else I've ever heard... definitely not angsty or angry, but with a distinct tone. They have excellent bass, and the drums and guitars are also amazing. The lyrics are intelligent, and the singer has a great, very unique voice. They don't seem to be very well known outside of Europe, but I'd like to see if I can convince anyone to listen to them. Their best songs would probably be Beautyproof, Higher, Hands Up I Love You, Madrugada, Norwegian Hammerwork Corp, and Step Into This Room (And Dance For Me).

Maybe you should go and paint the White House poor man's grey for when Bush gets back, eh? The whole damned Fahrenheit 9/11 thing is causing a freaking ton of controversy.
-
I think it's about an ex-girlfriend, or something... not a lament, more of a set of happy memories, with a bit of nostalgia, or something.
-
Raygun is, quite obviously, an awesome song... but I'm an idiot, and I really can't place the meaning. I know it can be taken several ways, but eh... Any ideas?

Crusaders took the letters from my keyboard. That's your best bet.

I always miss this kind of thing. Rah.

It's impossible to say. I love them all way too much to choose a favourite.
