This is amazing. Thank you!

A couple of the demos don't stun me, but I love pretty much all of Matt's songs. I used to dislike a few, such as The Fall of Man, but they grew on me a long time ago.

This is fantastic. The song, and the situation: I just finished watching all of the videos on In A Coma, whice rekindled my admiration of Matt, then I saw this playing on designate's last.fm. How wonderful. :D

Myspace is the reason this exists: I hope you're proud of yourselves.

Should The Bring Back Futurama?

It's implied that they might, but not that they definitely do. So it just stops. -

Bad + Bad = Worse

I like the normal version, and I love the song because I link it so strongly to the video, which I've watched far too much.
-
I listened to it about 40 times in row when I first really noticed it.

I know. But I'm fairly sure I'll have different political opinions between now and the time I'm 25. Even a small amount of time can make a very big difference in someone's opinions. Anyway, we're getting off topic. I say leave the voting age at 18.
-
I disagree. When I was 15, I was a strong conservative, probably because of my parents. A year later, I had completely changed my mind and taken a strongly liberal view overall. The same happened to a good number of other people I know. A single year can make a difference, let alone two, in my experience.

Does Anyone Listen To Jazz?
Mouko replied to Disestabulistic's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I love Jazz. Primarily Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington at the moment, but I'm starting to like John Coltrane and Wayne Shorter too. -
Why lower it to 16? Why not to 10, or hell, 1 year old? 18 makes perfect sense to me. People usually have a stable sense of identity and political affliation by that age, much more so than when they're 16.

What Are You Reading?

Gormenghast by Mervyn Peake. ... Again. -
Whoo, thread necromancy. I don't get why people knock The Sims either. You could call it redundant, but it's... FUN. There's also something to be said about the amusement of making a family of goths and watching them slowly go insane when you leave them unattended. It's just fun to experiment with. Ninja Edit: Primarily, I play Halo 2 and other stuff on Xbox live. I play a few online PC games, but not all that often anymore, since my computer is about 5 years olds.

I don't even know why I stopped listening to him. Maybe for that reason, I guess... but I don't feel much different to how I did a few months ago, yet I'm totally in love with all of his music again.
-
Great, thanks. I don't know how I could specify, but uh... nothing bad's happening to me, that I know of. And I am older and more intelligent than I was previously. So, everything's working out, I guess. How about you?

I've started again. Which brings me back here. And this time I might actually stay and start posting again, because I do miss medium-large forums quite a lot occasionally. Anyway, what's new?

I think it's a bad idea. Despite what 16 year olds may think, they are generally not more intelligent than 25 year olds. Of course, there are some exceptions, but a lot of teenagers don't have strong political opinions and would probably vote the same way as their parents. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies in this case, I think.
