I'm sorry guys, but this looks really really terrible.

Hemingway? Really? His prose is good, don't get me wrong, but he has that distinctive style of extremely....efficient (for lack of a better word) sentence structure. Very short, very concise, lots of periods. It doesn't leave a ton of room to write truly inspiring prose, IMO. Fitzgerald, on the other hand... Edit: Yes, I am a literature nerd.

Samson is definitely in my top 5 favourite songs of all time. Some ineffable quality about it...I can listen to it over and over. If Regina didn't make that song, there's a chance my vote would be different on that alone. The thing about Regina is that a lot of her best stuff is not on her albums. The report is a little hard to find, but the Quote buttons are definitely better placed where they are now (at the top) than they were at the bottom. What does the Quote+ thing do?

Yeah, they're not a band you would sit and just listen too. But they're amazing when you're walking somewhere late at night, or when you're studying, etc. Same thing with Album Leaf, if anyone's heard of them...

Which attractive female indie singer has your heart? I'm going to go with Regina, because she makes a lot of her music with just herself (piano+vocals). Also, while Feist has a higher ratio of quality-to-crap, when Regina makes a good song, it's GOOD.

That isn't entirely true. Most serial killers have a victim "typing" that they look for, and they usually kill exclusively or nearly exclusively within that typing. As an example, look at John Wayne Gacey (first killer that came to mind): he murdered at least 33 people, all of which were young males. It isn't a huge stretch to imagine Dexter as having a "typing" that applied only to murderers. He does have an unstoppable urge, and so perhaps if he had no other choice he would kill someone not fitting that type, but he is always able to find a guilty victim.

I mentioned it before, but now that we're near the end of the third season, it has become clear to me that Dexter is certainly among the greatest shows ever.

I'd actually probably go with Jet. I've always felt that Bruce Li was really overrated.
