I loved it. I don't know what I was expecting when I went in, but I got really into it. I, too, thought that Tom Cruise was great. And Jamie Foxx is turning into a great actor.

Dunno. I think MG is going to Europe for a month, so it could be a while...

I think "comfortable Criminals" is an Avalanche B-side, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, they cast a pretty much unknown actor for "Superman Returns", his name is Brandon Routh. But they got Dan Harris to write it (who I love) and Brian Singer to direct, so it does look hopeful. I think it's in pre-production right now, and is supposed to come out in 2006.

I know it starts tonight, there was a plane with an "ALIAS--TONIGHT" banner behind it flying around my apartment all day...v. loud ;) . But I've never seen the show.

really? what movie do I have it mixed up with? *heads off to research* *back* wow. I was completely off...that doesn't happen too often to me (at least in the realm of movies)...well, since it doesn't have Jon Bon, I guess I'll check it out.

click for trailer. In a word: WOW! I was blown away be every aspect of this film. The story was great, and very well written. It was beautifully directed. The acting (especially by Kevin Bacon) was phenomenal at every turn. The editing was fantastic. The score was beautiful and haunting. I can't recommend this film highly enough. It is, easily, the best film of 2004 that I've seen. (even though I didn't get to see it until 2005).

I like it. I wish it was longer, though.

My sister got me a copy for Christmas a few years back...I shutter to think how much she paid for it.

I got mine off eBay for less than $20 (US)...but that was a few years ago.

Yeah, I read the books back in middle school, but didn't remember them well enough to be able to (fairly) compare the books to the films.

I was going to rent it from netflix, but was thrown off when I saw that Jon Bon Jovi was in it, seeing as my mom calls him "Jon Bon-Cute-Butt"...kinda makes it hard for me to watch anything with him in it.

I just thought that they copped-out, by using the-making-him-learn-his-lesson-in-the-end escape. But I did think that Marissa Tomei (sp?) was wonderful.

I can't wait to see it. It seems incredible. It's playing there, but at a $14/ticket theatre, so I've to wait until it expands to more (cheaper) theaters until i can see it.

I loved Eternal Sunshine, but I hate that they made Eternal Sunshine out to be a comedy. I mean it's funny, but it's not a comedy.

Can't hardly wait....trailer looks amazing.
